What a sweet little get away in my backyard. Food it limited to snack popcorn and cheese but you won't go there for the food , the wine samples are amazing, 3 or 6 samples and it's a great place to sit, sip and enjoy , the staff is a great team , very fun and knowledgeable about what they serve. Even in the winter time it's a great place to hang out , great gifts idea , great wines , I suggest the mango habanero ......sweet with some heat

What a GEM! I've visited Drumlin Ridge Winery twice in the past month with out-of-town guests, and both times we had a blast. The winery is super cute, and there are plenty of seating options both inside and outside for visitors. The staff is quick to serve at the counter, and happy to recommend different wines. There's also a cute gift shop for all your wine-inspired merchandise. This is a must-visit spot just north of Madison!

Beautiful property with great views and amazing wine. I would have given 5 stars but I was disappointed they didn't have my favorite wine from my first visit and the overall ambiance wasn't there. It is off season but they didn't have any music or anything. Regardless would still go back next time driving from Il to WI.

Great start to my Friday night with friends. A lovely bottle of Drumlin Ridge Old Fashioned wine to celebrate the weekend. I've been wanting to stop here for some time and I'm so glad we did. Update: I stopped again on Mother's day and had a sampler flight of three wines and took a bottle of my favorite home. As before, great ambiance, and great friendly service.

What a wonderful little gem off the beaten path. We are in Madison visiting my Great Aunt, and she took us to her local winery. The ladies were very kind and let us try some of the wines before we purchased. We got a bottle for 9.95! What a deal! We were even able to bring our 7 year old to the patio. It was a great experience. The service was nice. Everyone was kind. We ordered the pretzel, pizza, and Artichike dip plate. The pretzel was warm. The Honey Mustard and Cheese were cold. Not the most pleasant tasting experience. The pizza was amazing! It is a thin crust and cheesy pizza. They use real mozzarella Cheese. The Wine Cheese and Artichoke dips are meh. They were cold and the cheese did not have a lot of flavor. It is a very relaxing environment. It is a chatty atmosphere. Lots of tables and umbrellas. The wine is divine. Cannot beat it for the price. Our only suggestion is to not let dogs at the tables. Dog food in our drinks and watching a dog take a dump while we are eating and drinking is just plain tacky and gross.

The setting is gorgeous and the wine is fantastic, perfect for a date night since they also serve small plate foods! For the tasting we chose 6 wines which equals a glass of wine so it was perfect, we of course found quite a few we liked so took some home with us

Who knew there was a cute Winery on the outskirts of Madison? We just discovered it today. The atmosphere is super cute, the outdoors area is huge & surrounded by vineyards & rolling hills. The snack list is pretty decent, more than just cheese. They have a great pretzel with mustard/cheese. And oh the wine is actually GOOD! In Wisconsin! I did a wine flight ($5) and tried Rose, Sauvignon Blanc, and a Chardonnay and all were great! Highly recommend

This winery was FANTASTIC! I had a great time with friends. Not only are their social distancing requirements appropriate but they also provide a nice environment. The atmosphere here is great. Quiet but alive with a beautiful sunny open view of the vineyard. Honestly was one of the best vineyards I've been to. The service was great too! All of the staff were kind and made solid recommendations. The wine here was not only delicious but it's pretty reasonably priced. 6 nicely sized tastings for like $10. Totally worth it! They have a nice variety and each were really good. I'd recommend pairing this with one of their charcuterie boards. Overall will be returning soon! A great place to go to right outside of Madison.

Spectacular people and spectacular wine. Got the full tour from owner Dave where we learned about history of the biz, production, wine science, grape growing and more. Sampled lots of good wines and I settled on the four lakes dessert wine and the Frontenac red. Beautiful patio in the back open to the 10 acres of vineyard they have. Tasting room is limited now with covid but outdoor patio is where its at! They do ciders to but I did not try any on this visit. Next time!

Nice place to get a wine flight with lots to choose from, also snacks available! The people there were very friendly. The deck was open and albeit it was the first time this year, yes spring!!

Wonderful atmosphere and beautiful facility, I don't consider myself a wine drinker but I had wonderful guidance by the staff and liked everything I tried in my tasting

The most important thing to know about Drumlin Ridge Winery is that it is beautiful. It is a beautiful place to drink wine and relax. The second thing to know about Drumlin Ridge Winery is that the service is outstanding. Thanks to Jill who was wonderful for our tasting and food order. The third thing to know about Drumlin Ridge Winery is that they have FOOD. A nice selection of snacks. I loved this. We were able to stay a while and nibble and drink. Love. The fourth thing to know about Drumlin Ridge Winery is that they have slushies. I did not have a slushie on our visit, but that gives me a very good reason to return! The fifth thing to know about Drumlin Ridge Winery is, of course, they have wine! Here's where it gets a little tricky. Different people like different things. My companion and I tasted the dry and sweet tasting menus. It was a good tasting in the sense that there was a wide array of selections and flavors. And again, thanks to Jill who was wonderful throughout. However, we did not fall in love with any of the wines. That is OK. There are certainly very drinkable wines at Drumlin Ridge and I picked the Wanna Red and my husband picked a sweet white. The next time we go, I will go straight for the reserve tasting and sample any new offerings they have. I would have brought a bottle of Wanna Red and Syrah home but my spouse said it was unnecessary. OK. So for us, we will go to Drumlin Ridge again to sit in their beautiful space, nibble and drink, and not necessarily bring home a haul of wines. That works for me! Thanks to Drumlin Ridge for a very pleasant afternoon of wine fun.

Well, during our afternoon at the Uncorked wine festival in Madison, we tried their Zinfandel, and were less than impressed by it.

I still contend that this place is fantastic, the wine is good, and the pizzas are excellent. Staff is still super friendly and relatively attentive. They slightly modified their Wednesday special, but it's pretty similar. However, it doesn't really matter if you're never able to enjoy or take advantage of said wine, food, or deals. Their hours are entirely not conducive to the average human being. They close at 8pm, and every time I've come here we are essentially "kicked out" (they never actually kick us out per se, just indicate that they're closed/closing and bring us our check). By the time you get off work, get home to take care of any pets/children/family etc, you're already crunched for time before they close. Heaven forbid you actually have a class or appointment in the afternoon first. In the past two months alone, we've wanted to come to Cambridge Winery but had to opt for a different option THREE TIMES because people's schedules couldn't get them out until 6:30 pm ish. And this has happened multiple times throughout 2022 as well. AND this is not just with one or two friends, but with multiple different friend/co-worker groups. It's a rare occasion we can all get our schedules to fit with Cambridge Winery's limited schedule. Alas, this is the reason for my downgrade in review. It's not accessible, so all the good it has to offer is rendered moot. That said, if you can get to the winery early, I still highly recommend it.

While the fitness center at the Waunakee Village Center is quite a bit smaller than than any of the health clubs in the area, it is close to where I live. That convenience meant actually getting to the gym, working out and getting value for my membership. What I like: * The fitness center is immaculate and the equipment is well maintained. There always is a staff member walking around with a spray bottle keeping things clean. * There's lots of natural light. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but after working out in places with with artificial lighting, it's like night and day (pardon the obvious pun). * The fees are reasonable. A single membership is $300 annually and my health insurance picks up half the tab. * It's not over crowded. Even during the busy periods in January and February, I could always get on a treadmill or elliptical machine. * The staff are cheerful and always helpful. What I don't: * Weekend hours are not great. 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays. The late opening time on Sunday is especially frustrating. * Classes cost extra and the good ones fill up very quickly. So if you're living in the only Waunakee in the World and are looking for a great place to workout, definitely consider a membership at the Village Center.
