Such a cute spot! The tasting room is located inside of a barn that has been completely renovated. The tasting wasn't so much of a tasting as it was just a wine flight. Most tastings I've gone to where you have to make an appointment, they go through each wine within you and explain the taste and where it came from. Here, we just chose our 4 tasting options and sat down to drink them. No issues from me with that but I felt the need to clarify. Every single glass of wine we drank was so yummy. This was my first visit with my boyfriend and we LOVED it! This was a cute little place that we stopped by on a trip to Wisconsin. We opted for a few wine flights and charcuteire boards. The bread was warm, the spreads were fresh, and the cheeses and meats were tasty. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive. You could purchase wine and other items to take home with you. I also loved that you could sample the wine before purchasing a full glass. The scenery was nice as well. I enjoyed the experience as well. Went here over the weekend and it was a lovely experience! I have 2 complaints though.... [[HIGHLIGHT]]My friend and I each ordered the 19 wine tasting, that's a lot of wine and it was pretty warm out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When the girl serving us came to check on us, I simply gave her some feedback that when it's this hot out that maybe they good bring one or 2 rows of tasting at a time so we could enjoy the wines at the temp they should be at, not HOT which is what they were after sitting in the sun for a while.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Instead of just responding with something like "thanks for the feedback, I'll mention it to management", we got a very long drawn out response that they can't do that when they are busy and we need to come back at a slower time in their down season, and while she responded with this she dropped a wine glass which shattered and shards of glass went all over including into our cheese platter - I said "I guess we are done with that now". That cheese should have been comped some we literally could not eat it at that point. (Hence the 3 stars!) All in all, we enjoyed our time here, but the way to server handled things could use some improvement! read more

This is such a cute little winery. Definitely recommend doing a tasting - there is a good variety available. Two different types of wine slushees which are yummy, too. I recommend getting a spot outside to enjoy your wine and get some cheese, bread and meat to snack on. Excellent service! read more

I was looking for something to do on a "day trip" to end the summer. This place was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. It was a lot smaller then I expected. We got there not too long after they opened and by about 1pm they were busy. We did the wine flight and charcuterie board for 2. It was $12 a person and you were able to choose your meat and cheese( 1 of each). You were able to order more ala carte. The wine flight was $7 for 4. My favorite was the Richmond Rouge and I'm not a red wine drinker. They had baggo set up and the tables were spread out. Staff was very friendly. Walked in on a Sunday and was warmly greeted by a staff member behind the bar. Got to try 4 complementary wine samples then purchased a flight with 4 pours paired with truffles for $10 and tried a port for $1 additional. Indoor and outdoor seating along w bags game. We took advantage of a beautiful fall day and drove to four wineries. First of all, the good: The setting is very nice, and the winery is big with plenty of tables and chairs where you can relax. The bad: I realize that wine is a very individualized thing: what one person loves, another person hates. That said, of the three of us, nobody liked any of the white or red wines: one got a white flight, one got a red flight; and because I was the driver, I ordered just a taste of their iced (dessert) wine. That's a total of 11 different wines. We passed around the glasses so all three of us had a taste of everything except the iced wine, and we gave a thumbs down to all of them. They were all very dry, and even the person in our party who likes dry red wine didn't like any of them. In addition, we found it a bit pricey: I paid $5 for 1/2 ounce of the iced wine; it was good, but I thought that was a lot to pay for that little taste. So if you like dry red and/or white wine, you might enjoy their selection. However, if you prefer your wine on the sweeter side, you will be disappointed in what they offer. read more

We've been here several times for a girls trip and it's the cutest winery! We got flights of wine and a few bottles, along with a large charcuterie board and we each owed under $20! I will warn you that the wine is relatively sweet, even the reds, so if you can't stand any sweet wine you may only have a few to drink. Overall, the staff was so kind and he even took us downstairs to take pictures in the barrel room. Will be back! read more

This place is great. It's nestled in the countryside and has great, open, beautiful views! There's a variety of wines to pick from and the also offer cheese and meat plates. Staller isn't the most fancy winery you'll ever visit, but you can tell MOST (with the exception of the lady with the short hair and super thick northern Wisconsin accent) of the staff love their job. This place also sells wine themed trinkets. The prices are more than reasonable. read more

We just went this weekend and had a great experience! My fiancé and I headed to the winery to celebrate our engagement, and couldn't have asked for a better time. Because we're being extra covid conscious, we asked one of the employees helping us if we could sit outside and he said while they didn't have any outside seating right now he could set up a table for us on the terrace anyway. This really made our day! We were the only ones out on the terrace overlooking the grounds enjoying our wine flights and picnic, The wine was delicious and the platter of cheese and snacks was equally as great! The Bad: Wine!!! The wine is god awful! No apologies or much of a care given when I complained. We had an 8 wine taster and I sent back 4. They tasted corked, spoiled and just like vinegar. I was given a taste of the same wines from newly opened bottles. They were equally as terrible. If possible bring your own wine and sneak it onto the outdoor area. The 3 Stars: Outdoor Area & Charcuterie We absolutely loved the location and the outdoor set up. You are in the middle of country Wisconsin on an open field. Very relaxing and really nice place for lunch. The meat & cheese boards were just plain awesome! I ordered for 7-10 people for just me and my wife. We always like to take back some to the hotel and nibble during our vacation. We almost always buy a bottle of our favorite wine from the tasting. The wine again was terrible! I'm not picky I'm ok with an $8 bottle of wine. But this wine was plain awful. Their custard based butter on the French roll with the fog honey is almost worth the ride it self. Conclusion/Recommendation Buy a small pour of their cheapest wine and order a charcuterie board. Sneak in a bottle of your favorite wine and fill up your glass when it gets low. read more

Staller winery is nice if you don't have any other options. If you are this far away from a big city I guess you don't have any other options. This might get a better review overall based on the surrounding options but in general it is simply an acceptable business. The quality wine and cheeses were good, the building set up and décor is nice, and the service was courteous. It was just small, there were a few rows of vines on one side of the building. There was plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, but again it is not impressive. You could take my review with a grain of salt but having been to other wineries it was hard to accept the miniatureness of this location. read more

I had to give this place an extra star from our last visit! Since out first trip there, they have finished the sitting area and the patio overlooking the vineyard is open. We had the time to order a cheese/meat plate and enjoy a bottle of wine with it while we sat out on the patio. We started with a free tasting of almost all of the wines offered. You can do a flight tasting in the sitting area, which is $5/person for 4 tastings, extra if you want to try 2 of the premium wines. We ended up purchasing 2 bottles to take home - the Horizon Cuvee and the Lady in Red. All said and done for 3 bottles of wine, the meat/cheese plate, tasting of all the wines for 2, we ended up paying a little more than $50. So worth it. I would recommend this great winery to anyone and hope to be back in the very near future. read more

On our Lake Geneva weekend we wanted to find a winery to go to and Staller Estate was amazing. They explained everything and had great prices for everything we got. My husband wanted to visit Whitewater. I looked up a few places on Yelp and we headed off to Staller Estate Winery. We are from California and spent decades visiting Napa, Sonoma and Carmel Valley wineries. We have only been in Wisconsin for a year, love the 4 seasons, but are really curious about Wisconsin wines. We tasted 3 red wines, nice, and came home with a dozen bottles of red, a little sweet, but sometimes you want sweet. It is interesting to taste the differences from grapes that can tolerate the winter snows, vs the fog and wind of Northern California. We enjoyed our time at the winery, but wish the owners would have taken more time educating the staff on the products from other sources. I found a stack of white boxes of chocolates and the flavors were listed. I asked "are these Truffles?". The young girl said yes, so I bought them. In fact they were not, I have never seen a Truffle that was not rolled into a ball. They were good, but not Truffle good. A little extra attention would be very nice to educate customers .. read more

Okay so I came here the past weekend for my girlfriends winery themed bday party and we had a wonderful time. She did make a reservation and when we came in they couldn't seem to find it but then they got us a great table right in the middle of the vineyard which was super fun. I definitely liked the scenery in between all those beautiful grapes. This winery isn't the most beautiful that I've ever been nor did it have the best wine I've ever had but the food was soooo tasty here, that makes it a winner in my book. We did the $25 per person package which is so worth it in my opinion. You get to sample 4 different wines, and then every person gets a little box of 4 delicious truffles and when I say delicious, they absolutely were delicious and very godiva quality if you ask me. Then they bring out a few plates of the cheeses meats, fruit and nut mixes along with some fresh baked baguettes. Where do I start? The cheeses were all delicious, but my favorite one was a cream cheese like spread with honey and pistaccios from Australia, get that one and you won't regret it. But overall, all were very tasty! The meats were also very tasty as well! And the fresh bread was some of the best I've had ever, and that includes Paris. I gotta say out of my 4 tastings, I didn't really love any of them, all were kind of eh but I still drank them all up. We took some pics, we didn't have time to go on their tour but that's a nice little part of the package that you get. Overall, I'd absolutely be back but can I bring my own wine next time? JK. Was looking for a local winery to do some wine tasting and this place was amazing! The drive to the vineyard was beautiful and it was so close to home. This is definitely a hidden gem. Met the owner who did our "cellar" class. Not only was she knowledgeable but she made the beginning of a girls weekend so much fun. Great place to learn about some local wines and enjoy some time with friends. Enjoyed our second trip to Staller Winery yesterday. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable on both occasions. Yesterday we spent time communing with the developing grapes in the arbor as we sipped on several glasses of Staller's product. I am typically a red wine drinker - gravitating toward Cabernets on a regular basis. However, Staller has a white wine that I keep going back to: Estate Blanc. I have purchased a case of this wine (along with mixed cases of other varietals) during both of my visits. I find the Estate Blanc to be refreshing and most enjoyable with a cheese and fruit platter. This wine also goes very well with a good cigar. Most recent pairing was with a limited edition "Nimmy D" cigar from Rocky Patel's line of smokes. Thank you for an enjoyable day! THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! Forgive the lameness of that statement, but it truly is. I am from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, and although good wine is not hard to come by, nothing beats Staller! I drive up here on the weekends just to pick up a few bottles. The owners are the ones working the shop. They are there to answer questions and to give you a sampling of anything you would like to try. They are friendly and personable, and even after being in there only a few times over the span of about a year and a half, they began to recognize me! This place has outstanding wines and a great variety. With all but one of their bottles being made with local grown grapes! There is so much to do up in the Lake Geneva, Delavan, Whitewater, Elkhorn area, but few give you the great experience as Staller. Call ahead and plan a tasting for you and your friends, or show up, get a free sample, and pick up a few bottles like I do. You won't be dissapointed! read more

We stopped by for some samples while visiting the Lake Geneva area. It was a cozy little shop located on a farm that included the vineyards. The shop had all the samples to taste to the wines for an extremely reasonable price of five dollars per four samples. We decided to try eight of the samples to include what they considered to be "ice wine". The tasting area was pleasant with many tables to choose from considering we were the only ones there. It also offered a view the vineyard/cornfields. Unfortunately we left only with cheese because the majority of wines were substandard and would not pair well with a meal. In addition the ice wine we had an interest in was extremely overprice compared to higher quality brand in the areas. Please remember, I am comparing the establishment to other wineries in Wisconsin not ones we visited in California. read more

Don't follow the directions to the winery from this site they will take you to a residential section of Delavan. I typed the actual address into Google maps and it worked.
