I was in the car with my wife and I and my wife is pregnant. Initially they told me they were only able to have 1 passenger but as soon as I told them my situation they had told me they will accommodate. Very smooth, very clean, very quick. He gave me a price of $150 a wheel!!Which is absurd. That's $300. I can buy all four tires for under $280. I went over to my guys at ETD in Hackensack and payed $84 before tax. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

They would not answer the phone and claimed the business was "closed," forcing us to wait with no communication. They demanded cash only, gave no receipt, and refused to provide their names. They also would not allow us to remove money or personal belongings from the vehicle. The car was not even at a proper towing facility -- it was parked at what looked like an auto shop, not a legitimate towing storage location. The police had to get involved because of how unprofessional and difficult they were being. Even after paying $250, they continued arguing and giving us a hard time. No professionalism, no transparency, and no respect. I would strongly warn others to be careful.
