This is one of the Valley of the Sun's best kept secrets! Be ready for some walking - take really, really comfortable shoes, and water to hydrate! You are sure to find both useful and not so useful things here. Over the years we've encountered voluminous products that are fun to look at and admire, and many great things like knife sharpeners, cactus plants, outdoor furnishings, fountains, crafty art, plain junk and just basic miscellaneous items. The Mesa Market Place Swap Meet is more than a swap meet... you'll experience live events such as music acts, product demonstrations, kiddie shows and many other entertainment events! Plus, you can't go hungry as they offer typical fair like eats - breakfast, lunch or snacks, including sodas, dogs and such junk yet tasty fare. Oh, by the way, its handicap and pet friendly! Although not all deals are economical, what's for sure is that you'll see hard not to find items galore. From artisanals, jewelry and crafts, children's, men and women's clothing, shoes, all around home items, décor, kitchenware, art, hardware, tools, you name, they got it. The place is out right fun. You'll certainly be able to spend the whole day if not at least half the day as a family outing.

Ceramic tile furniture & Patio items. Very nice !!!

Amazing Selection with very good prices, good crowd every weekend. There is an amazing amount of clothing, food and games available.

The swap meet is an interesting and busy place on a Sunday! There's a lot of people and navigating down the aisles can be a challenge but if you want a selection of items to choose from, this is the place! They have tons of Tshirt/clothing booths, booths selling golf carts or epoxy floors, Tupperware, and even a couple of booths selling socks exclusively. It's nice that it's free!

Stopped by on Saturday and the parking lot was pretty full. Parking did take a while but that was expected. Upon entering, we quickly noticed how big this place was. Most areas were empty and you had enough space to walk thru and in other areas you were shoulder to shoulder with other people. The selection of vendors was pretty boring. A lot of stuff that was being sold was outdated and random.. kind of reminded me of stuff that you see at a yard sale. Most of the people shopping and selling, were of an older crowd. Most vendors weren't friendly and looked bored themselves. We walked down a few aisles and decided we were just wasting our time and we were to leave. One of the booths did catch my eye though, and I ended up buying my dog a cute Christmas sweater. Overall, I would pass on this place. The pro? Its shaded.

If you like to shop Mesa is a mecca... You name it they got it. I loved the local shop that had little cactus gardens and handmade clay pottery. Too bad I couldn't take them back to MN on the plane. There was also food and live music. It is in tents outside so dress accordingly. It was cold when we went!
