They always have plenty of sales people around to help out, and it's laid out sort of like how a Sears used to be laid out. My salesperson Nathan was great, but the delivery went from bad to worse! They showed an hour early with only 15 minutes notice, so had to rush like a banshee to empty my old fridge. I specifically asked for my owners manuals right at the start because other reviews say the delivery person threw them out, they then threw them out anyway and were recovered in their trash later. After they left I noticed a chuck of drywall nicked out of the wall, as either they hit it with the fridge or a hand truck. I also noticed the two filters under the microwave were missing, probably also were thrown out. Spencer's sent the same delivery guy back the next day with the two filters and to look at the wall. The filters he did right by, but after looking at the wall damage they caused, he insinuated that I was lying and said they most certainly didn't do that, even with fresh drywall particles right underneath on the floor! I'll update if Spencer's makes this right, but right now they've lost a customer due to their delivery company. Update: Spencer's made this right, which I appreciate and commend them for. Stuff happens, I get it, so I do recommend them and will be a return customer now. Kudos! read more

Delivery guys did a great job. Polite and took care not to damage new floors. Everything went as good as it could possibly go. I am a contractor and I have seen $30,000 dollars worth of appliances delivered in an open landscape trailer and called the white glove service from other appliance companies. These came in an enclosed box truck and they used a liftgate to offload the appliances. Not bounced down a makeshift screen ramp. Highly recommend using Spencer's! I purchased a microwave from Spencer's, including delivery and installation. The very first night, it was clear the unit wasn't working properly. I emailed my salesperson right away, and was told to call the store to arrange for an LG technician to come out. The technician confirmed the defect. LG stated that because a defective unit was delivered, Spencer's should take it back and replace it with a new one. Spencer's has refused to do this. I have purchased appliances for my home and two rental properties from them for years and have never had a complaint -- until now. The one time I needed them to stand behind their sale, they were unwilling to make it right, even when directed to do so by the manufacturer. I can no longer recommend them. read more
