Delivery guys did a great job. Polite and took care not to damage new floors. Everything went as good as it could possibly go. I am a contractor and I have seen $30,000 dollars worth of appliances delivered in an open landscape trailer and called the white glove service from other appliance companies. These came in an enclosed box truck and they used a liftgate to offload the appliances. Not bounced down a makeshift screen ramp. Highly recommend using Spencer's! I purchased a microwave from Spencer's, including delivery and installation. The very first night, it was clear the unit wasn't working properly. I emailed my salesperson right away, and was told to call the store to arrange for an LG technician to come out. The technician confirmed the defect. LG stated that because a defective unit was delivered, Spencer's should take it back and replace it with a new one. Spencer's has refused to do this. I have purchased appliances for my home and two rental properties from them for years and have never had a complaint -- until now. The one time I needed them to stand behind their sale, they were unwilling to make it right, even when directed to do so by the manufacturer. I can no longer recommend them. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE or at least you've been warned! A company is only as good as their follow through. Which they have had none!!!! It's easy to smile to take someone's money and tell you this that and everything in between of what they can do. But when it comes time for post care and follow through, they fail as in the case with Spencers. Our sales rep Kevin at the Mesa location made it seem like things would be easy and they'd take care of us. i specifically inquired if there were delivery and/or product issues what would happen. He assured us they would rectify any issues and get us a replacement. Upon delivery day our refrigerator doors had damage. When I phoned him immediately, he said to keep the refrigerator they would go ahead and process an order or claim with the warranty to get us replacement doors for the fridge. He said they should be there in a few days. It's now been almost 4 months. There was never any follow up by Spencers or the company they use for warranty. I was calling numerous times, upwards of 15 times during this timeframe to find out what was going on. They kept giving the runaround and empty promises of callbacks after they would "check on things" and nobody ever did. Then they came back to say that getting doors from manufacturers is very difficult and can take many many months. Well that's not what Keven, our sales rep made it sound like. I am still without the refrigerator doors that were damaged from delivery. Terrible service, false promises, complete negligence to take care of the customer after we have paid for warranty coverage. Will be reporting them to all agencies pertinent. read more

In the future I will be buying appliances from my favorite store, Costco. 90 day return policy, no delivery fee, no restocking fee, no pick-up or return fee, and the same appliance was $500 cheaper. Spencers comes highly recommended as the place to buy appliances in the Phoenix area. I found the appliance I was looking for and it was in stock . Brooks, the salesperson went out of his way to make sure I got the larger sized refrigerator I wanted that would fit through 2 narrow doorways. I purchased the counter depth model but was able to order the larger unit the same day once I gave him the exact measurements when I got home. He took the time to check the dimensions of the larger unit without doors to see if the larger one could get in the doorways and it did. The delivery person, Felix, did a wonderful job taking off the doors to get the refrigerator through the doorways and reinstalling them once the refrigerator was in it's niche. Extremely disappointed with their warranty program. In short, we bought a fairly expensive GE washer/dryer several years ago, and of course paid for the extended warranty, with the hope to never use. Unfortunately, we now have to as the washer has ceased to work. We called Spencer's and were given the number to their 3rd party warranty organization. Lo and behold, they don't work weekends or holidays, and when returning on a Monday, failed to promptly review their voicemails with our messages from late Friday afternoon (12/26/2025). After using different phone numbers, as we attempted to get creative to get someone to answer (on Monday-12/29/25), I spoke with a representative who informed us that they would reach out to an appliance company of their choosing, who would then call US to schedule the service. I have intentionally not included the name of the appliance company as they are graded 3.7 based on 50 google reviews and does not appear to be BBB accredited. They did call late Monday afternoon and will come out next week (Tuesday, January 6th, 2026). Really? That will be 10+ days since our washer ceased working! That's unacceptable. We then called Spencer's and respectfully requested that in the interim they provide us "loaner" washer. Nope. That's not happening. Time to align with my personal goals, swallow my pride, stay humble and ask one of my close friends if we can go over and use their washer and dryer. To conclude, with the cost of the warranty purchased, one would think the warranty service program would be more efficient (expeditious). read more
