I really like the concept of renting a booth and shopping different peoples closets! Like thrifting but a little more organized. I stopped in with my kids a while back and we found some shoes my daughter wanted after shopping around. Clothing quality looked great and prices were reasonable as well. Unfortunately, we waited at least 5 minutes as I thought the employee might have been in the restroom or in the back and no one came. The store and the seller lost out on a sale as we had to leave. The stars I am giving are for the setup process as a seller. They had all of the supplies and were quite helpful. Unfortunately though the rest of the experience was pretty sad. They could do such a better job of promoting and sharing out what's available. The competition does a great job of hyping up the sellers goods and and providing more opportunity to move goods. The staff were not extremely helpful and made it feel as though asking questions was a bother. Very much on your own once you book a booth. read more

Whoever thought of this store was genius!! I had a really good turn out the first time so I'm excited to be back! So here's the breakdown... You rent a booth $35 for the whole week (set up is Saturday morning, take down Friday night). They provide everything you need to start selling. You get to decide what to bring and how much you want to sell it for. They take a portion of the sales but it's so much better than going to places like buffalo exchange for consignment. The workers are very helpful if you have any questions. As for the selection, you can find anything from home decor to women's clothing to kids clothing. Happy hunting! My stuff will be at #43. The concept of a second hand clothing store isn't new however, Indy Clover just doesn't work. I've rented space here twice. The first time, I made $35. I tried again last month, and made about $50. This store does not bring in a clientele that spends any money. It certainly is not worth the time and effort renting a booth here. Interesting concept but not the best at efficiency or thorough shopping. Because this store is comprised of rented booths there is no size differentiation on clothing items, forcing you to look through every booth unless the seller kindly labeled it on top of their booth. Many booths are disorganized and very difficult to see the bottom shelves, not friendly to the eyes. Prices are very fair and the clothing seems to be set a a higher standard of "wear and tear" than most other consignment stores. read more

I have been here a few times and service has always been horrible. The workers are not friendly and look as if they don't want to be there. Items are a hit or miss and at times the booths are all disheveled and or crammed making it hard to look through them. The aesthetic is cute though and they have an area with cute accessories. Indy Clover is a cute little shop filled with lots of individual booths that people can shop. Each booth is a different seller and Indy collects money to pay the seller the following week. If you sell at Indy you can register to use an app and they will update you on your sales each time someone buys something. The one improvement I would like to see if a record of what is sold. You only get to see how much money was made vs what item sold. Selling is a pretty easy process. You go in on a Saturday morning and set up your booth by tagging all of your clothes and organizing it. Then throughout the week people come into the store to shop the booths looking for great secondhand items. Prices are pretty on point with what is being sold and throughout the week the Indy team highlights different items from booths to get people in the store to shop. Once the week is over, you come during the evening to pack up your booth and then you get paid the following week. read more

I like the concept here! Rent a booth and then sell your items and you can custom your booth signs. I came in to find a specific STL Cards hat that I saw on their IG and had to have it. Browsing was pretty easy and I'm grateful for the signs that had the sizes on them I found a cute work top and was able to try it on. The fitting area is very cute. Actually, the entire aesthetic is cute throughout the store! Stock definitely depends on who is selling so I'll check-in time to time for plus size. Service could be more expressive but maybe customer service norms are changing and enthusiasm is an elder millennial thing? read more

I am still really conflicted if I liked the experience of selling or not. I will go over why... First, to me, the fees are a bit much. It's $35 for the booth, Indy Clover takes 1/3 of the money you make, there was a $3 administrative fee and you paid the credit/debit card fee (they don't take cash) - so all transactions run though debit/credit. Indy Clover does give you all the supply you need to create your booth, as in hangers, tags, baskets you can use. I understand the $35 booth fee and taking 1/3 but all of the other fees leave me feeling taken for a ride. I didn't like all of the additional fees. The set up time. You only get two hours to prepare your booth. They state that's more than enough time but it's not. There is a line to actually get in at 8am. So after waiting in line (I was in line before 8am) you need to tag, price, hang, create your little description card for your booth and clean up all your stuff by 10am. I use to work retail for years in my 20's, so I thought I would be fine but I was there past 10am. It gets really busy when they open and it was really awkward still trying to set my stuff up while people were shopping my booth. I would 1000% bring someone with me or do all that I could Saturday morning and then come back Sunday morning, when they open, and finish the rest. When I went back Sunday morning, it wasn't nearly as busy and I was able to complete what I wanted. The advertisement they provide was disappointing. During the week I had my booth, the store did not have any sort of events or online shopping experience. I have followed them on social media before booking my booth and it seems like every week they have something going to get customers involved into purchasing. During my week, there was not any sort of in store event or online shopping experience. I was disappointed in that. I think that's something you should either offer all the time/each week or don't do it at all. Seems a little unfair in my opinion. I think it was two or three times they will post one random thing in their Instagram stories in your booth and that was it. The items I put in my booth were named brand and items I had kept because I no longer enjoyed them but thought maybe I could potentially sell them. I also could have just taken them to goodwill and been done with it. It was nice to make a little bit of money on my booth. I made $130 but I priced everything from like $3-$6. I sold 58 items. I don't live super close and had to go there three times to set up those two days and then come back to take down my booth. Is $130 better than taking it to goodwill with zero but also just being done with it and moving on? I don't know. So I still don't know how I feel about buying a booth. I probably wouldn't do it again. I think if you live near the store, have a lot of seasonal/in style items, then maybe it's something you'd want to consider. I hope someone finds this helpful. I had no idea what Indy Clover was until I drove by one day and decided to look it up. The website was easy to use, cute, and super easy to understand how it all worked. When I read their concept and again read how easy it was to sell clothes, I was sold. I booked and paid the fee for my booth online. At this point communication was great as I received several informative emails regarding booth set up, rules, times, and other useful information. Booth set up day (Saturday) finally came and I was there at 8am. I checked in with the girl that was standing by the door and I was told to stand by and wait for an employee to walk me to my booth. A few minutes later, found my booth and I was quickly told what to do. I began tagging my clothes and hanging stuff up. Setting up was easy and it took me about 45 mins since I had help. Towards the end, the aisles were super crammed and it was hard for us to walk through them. Everyone's stuff was everywhere. The booths are right next to each other so we bumped into our neighbors a few times... We waited about 20 minutes for someone to finally come and look over the booth. When she came over, she was unfriendly and quiet, took a look, and said everything was ok and walked away... Monday came around and we had a few items that we wanted to add. Stopped by and the employee working looked super ungrateful and annoyed to be there. Asked for the tags and the ticket gun and she just handed us the bin without saying a word. Everyone's closets looked like they had been through a tornado. Clothes were literally hanging off the hangers, shoes were just thrown into the booths and everyone's stuff looked so unorganized. How are customers supposed to look through something that looks so messy?... The girl had a stank face the entire time and instead of cleaning up she was just standing around. Friday evening finally came and it was time to pick up my stuff. From my understanding, the store closes at 7pm and from the email I was sent, pick up time was reserved from 7pm to 9pm. I showed up at 7:15pm and I saw other people had already picked up their stuff and saw empty closets. When I walked in though, I walked into a madhouse and mostly everyone that was picking up their stuff looked VERY confused.. Customers were still walking in at 7:15pm to look at booths and were grabbing stuff. I saw a few ladies with a huge pile of clothes at the fitting room that were still trying on. The employee were also still running items from the fitting room to the booths... Another employee was at the register still checking customers out.... LIKE WHAT?? How are we supposed to be picking our stuff up when people are still walking in, shopping, and trying stuff on? As I was putting my stuff away, one of the workers came over and handed me a pair of jeans that were mine and said, "oh these are yours, they were sitting in someone elses booth." HUH? At this point, I started wondering if some of my other stuff was sitting in someone elses booth. LORD. What a hot mess... I stood and watched, overwhelmed by what I was seeing. It was too chaotic. I quickly grabbed my stuff, shoved it into my duffle bag and still had no idea how the check out process worked. The two workers I saw were still running around. One was still ringing people up and the other one was still running clothes from the fitting room. I waited in line at the register clueless and was then just told to check the rack by the door and that I would receive payment on Tuesday. No "thank you," nothing... The rack by the door had pieces that had lost their tags so they didn't know who they belonged to. I received my payment last night and I have no idea which of my items sold.. It would've been nice to get a receipt or at least a piece count of how many items in my booth sold. But nothing, not even a thank you email... I have no idea if I walked out of there with missing items since everything was so unorganized.... Overall this is a PASS. None of the workers I interacted with were friendly and or approachable. They need a class on customer service skills... I also get that some of their sellers are "repeat sellers" and they know the "ropes" but they have to keep in mind that they also have first time sellers that have no idea how their system / process works... Oh I love the concept of this store but I wish they had a little more description in what you might find in each closet. Some of them do have it but not all and you can spend some time looking through before realizing they won't have ur size. The store is like a multi yard sale, each closet is a different owner and there is a lot to choose from. The restrooms are very clean and the staff is super nice. Some of the pricing is good others a little on the high side but since it's multiple people each one has its own set of price. It's like an in person Poshmark. The store is also very clean. Loved this place. I happened to come on a Friday during one of their discount days and found sooo many items discounted at 50% and 75% off. Closets featured a lot of brand names, and lots of items still had tags on. One booth had a ton of Kate spade stuff, which I'm not a fan of, but happened to buy a hot pink zip around wallet for just $12.50!! You never know what you're going to find, but this Indy clover is humongous- after talking to the staff on duty, she said this was the largest of all 13? stores. I happened upon this store while at a birthday party across the way. It's super cute and has a great concept. I walked around confused for a few minutes and I think the one of the staff members noticed my confusion, greeted me, explained everything and was just super nice. I've sold clothing on marketplace and at other reseller stores and Indy Clover in Gilbert is by far the most efficient way to resell. I rent a booth every few months as I purge my family's closets (they take kids and men's clothing too!) and earn enough on my booths to help refresh our closets for the seasons or needing to size my kiddos up. In my opinion, Indy Clover is one of those places that is cooler in Instagram. First time I came, it was a Sunday at 10 when they should've been opening. Understood, sometimes people are late, so came back at 11, still closed. Called the number, got a number to text... received a reply the following Saturday. So already, customer service is not the highest priority. I came back a couple weeks later around 4pm on a Saturday, it was open (small victory). Browsed for about an hour, tried some things on... ultimately found one piece of clothing I liked enough to buy. Very much one type of style here. I know people have their own booth, but definitely not a diverse array of clothing. Nobody working looked happy to be there and prices were about average, kind of high on some pieces. read more

The business model from the store's perspective is brilliant. You pay about $37 to rent a small space for a week in order to sell items to customers who shop there. The store retains a 33% commission of your sales. The store is nice. I didn't have too many staff complaints. My issue is what it costs to sell there. They made about $130 off of me between my booth fee and the commission they kept. 33% is the same commission that most attorneys take. It seems too high to me. For this reason, I recommend only selling things you would have donated, anyway. By the time you drive back and forth and spend your hours re-stocking, it's hard to decide if you make much of a profit at all. read more

Well, today was stock your booth day. I agree with all of the reviews about customer service...it is truly lacking in this store! I drove an hour to participate in this concept. I rented 4 booths and filled them with some of the best vintage clothing to be found. I'm an experienced reseller and my hubs and I had our booths stocked and ready to go in 30 minutes. We brought over 125 items, all tagged and on white plastic hangers. When we first arrived at 750am, I went in the store because I had a few questions.... I was told to wait outside until 8am. Not a smile, or a good morning, just wait outside until 8am.....ummmm, ok....8am rolls around and we are directed to our booths. Not sure why all 4 couldn't of been in the same row. We ended up with 1 in a different row. No biggie, we rolled with it. Girls came and checked our booths and sent us on our way. We returned about 20 minutes later to grab some tags, in case i needed to restock during the week (remember, i drove an hour to get here). The girls were a little friendlier this time, but still sub-par. Saturday mornings seem pretty hectic for everyone involved. I'm hoping it gets better as the week progresses. Really neat concept! I've been both a buyer and a seller and the experience was stellar. It's definitely hit or miss as a seller, and there is a learning curve to figure out how to make more money than your $35 booking fee. I'm interested to try it again sometime. My only reason for docking one star has been the less than enthusiastic customer service. I think the staff needs a bit more training in that aspect. If they can get the staff to be more cordial, inviting, and attentive to their shoppers needs then this place would be hoppin' - I have overheard several conversations about friend and school drama than I care to have heard. I'm glad to see the gals all like each other and get along, but it's best to keep some of the conversations I've heard for a night out with friends than within earshot of paying customers. read more

My first trip in was wonderful and being told Each week there are new venders I was super excited. It was a bit sad on the Saturday to see many repeats. I am nit sure if this was an off week or not. But every Saturday is a restock. The people who had left their clothes from the week before up didn't even bother to either mark them down or change their booth around but those who did come in and put new stuff out. It was pretty fun and exciting. I do think I will continue to go back there And check them out with the people who work there are absolutely super super sweet and their customer service is one of the best I had planned to consign some of my things. I had a ton of designer bags and such but the day before I was supposed to go in. I got a fever with a terrible cold I'm assuming so I lost my spot and my money. That part was not fun however, I did learn if you know you're not going to be able to fulfill your agreement you can make contact 48 hours before and you won't lose your money but will be able to reschedule your space I was not sick 48 hours before but that is a risk you can take so just FYI for you. I like that it has a trendier vibe to it, because so many shops cant offer that. Each booth is an individual person and so that makes it fun because you never know what they'll have. I recommend trying the store over it over because you never know what you'll find and that's part of the fun of it. I did not take any pictures of the store itself but look online. came in the other day and the customer service is dookie. lil blonde girl took 10 minutes to come out and even check if there were customers waiting (store was empty except for a few vendors restocking or something) and when the cashier did finally come out she was rude and had an attitude and acted as if i was a burden to her for trying to buy some clothes... as someone who works in retail i can confidently say she needs to be re-trained or something. manners are important. other than that the booths are cute ! read more

The only thing I'd note is I misunderstood the sign by the cash register that said NO CASH - CARD ONLY and thought it was the other way around.. but that's just my mom brain lol read more
