They canceled the ride and never contacted us to allow us to find another ride. My son is a paraplegic and we need at least 48 hours in advance to book an accessible vehicle for his transport. If I had the option, I would NEVER use this ride service. This isn't the first time they have canceled on us without any contact as to it being canceled or why.
