We called QTS the same day we needed the transport and they were readily available with a van that could accomodate a stretcher, wheelchair, AND a walker. They offered us several choices of transports at different rates. The driver was courteous and professional. He met my relative at the hospital exit door and wheeled her onto the van safely while tying down the chair with safety belts. He also carried her luggage and walker onto the van as well. Got to the airport and he transported us to the airline entry door on schedule. Will repeat with QTS in the future!

Despite account notes that I want tire ride to provide my transportation exclusively; dispatch continues to ignore the account notes in all caps and schedules me with veto. Agents then have to cancel and rebook entirely. Recently while on hold; after cancelling for provider assignment error; they immediately reassigned to veyo. As patients we are entitled to pick our service provider, however there is no option to select the preferred provider on the ap or when connecting human agent. When trying to change provider with Maya the AI agent, they immediately try to cancel the reservation with no option to rebook. Veyo is patinas service provider and you had 50/60 chance of driver showing up. Without a phone number they won't even show up as scheduled bc the driver cannot confirm prior to arrival. I can only hope that MYM dispatch starts reviewing account notes when scheduling and allow clients to choose provider i a practical way.

Several times during this past year, they have picked me up and taken me to a doctor's appointment and said they don't show that I have any rides for today when I called and asked for my return ride home. Today I had to make about four phone calls to ensure someone was here to pick me up for an appointment and for my return ride. I called MTM at 11:27. After about six or seven phone calls, they finally provided me with a Lyft ride at 1:00 p.m. I cannot think of one ride that MTM has provided that went perfectly. Picked up on time, called for a return ride, came quickly. It just never happens. Beware.

I forgot to mention that she needed oxygen which he didn't have at the time, his immediate response was I will run back to the office and get a different van. They returned a short while later with a different van with O2 on board. Upon our arrival home the company that was to deliver oxygen had not arrived yet so we were in a little bind. Ken's response was we will just wait here until that tank is empty. They sat for a while, then left I presume for lunch and returned and just waited outside until the tank had run completely dry. That was absolutely above and beyond any type of service I expected! Then I got an email with the bill, expecting some sticker shock as I opened the email, but nope not these guys. They do not take Medicare but their prices were beyond reasonable and that included all of the extra time and effort they put it in. Back in December, my grandpa, who has advanced Parkinson's, was in a memory care facility in Rancho Mirage, CA, and needed to be medically transported to another facility in Bakersfield. The companies I found either did local transport only, or long distance with a minimum that was much further than what we needed. After several failed attempts, I started another search and came across MMT. I submitted an inquiry on their website in the evening, and to my surprise, I got a response from Jack that night. He gave me a rundown of what was included in their service and a price for the trip. By the following morning, I was on the phone with Lori getting everything confirmed. My mom was able to ride with them, and she was so happy with the service and said that the team on board took excellent care of my grandpa. Situations like that are never easy, especially when you've never been there before, so my family and I are extremely grateful for MMT, and should we be in that situation again, we know who to call!
