I had a great experience at MediSo MedSpa with Anh! I came in for a skin analysis and she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest about what my skin actually needs. She took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming or pushy. Based on the analysis, I ended up booking an Aqua Facial and a microneedling appointment, and I feel really confident moving forward with her recommendations. The space is clean, relaxing, and very professional. If you're looking for someone who truly understands skincare and gives personalized advice, I highly recommend Anh!

Just wanted to say that Esther and her team at Meso really took care of me after coming back from my recent experience. I genuinely appreciate how they made sure to explain the mishap and made things right. I highly highly highly recommend coming here. They're a newer clinic so they do have some hiccups but totally worth the service that they provide here. I like coming here because their IV prices are great. They have a lot of specials-even for returning clients. I also like getting their facials as well. The estheticians and nurses truly know what they're doing and it shows from my glowing skin! The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming. They have a huge parking lot in the plaza that they're located at. Definitely come here for your treatments!

Pros: -plenty of parking -clean facility -easy to make an appointment -they offer coffee/tea/water Cons: -During the first 2 weeks it opened I had made an appointment for an IV. They told me they were setting it up but then 15 min later said they were out of a filter? So it couldn't be done that day and offered me a mask with LED light -When I was in the room for the LED I could hear employees talking about patients, so that rubbed me the wrong way -Finally when I did reschedule for the IV I booked a 10am appointment and got there around 9:50. I was told the nurse doesn't come in till 10. So basically by the time she got in and mixed the medication and got me set up it was almost 10:25 and I was done by 10:50. I've gotten plenty of IV's and I think I'm just used to a different kind of service. I think the employees here are still training and as of now it's not worth the drive or money to come back.

I received RF microneedling using the Sylfirm X, and the results have been incredible. I've already noticed a huge improvement in my skin's texture, firmness, and overall glow. My face looks smoother, tighter, and more refreshed -- exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for a med spa that combines advanced technology, beautiful ambiance, and truly caring providers, this is the place. I'll definitely be coming back! 5/5 - an amazing experience I visited MeSo Med Spa in Anaheim Hills for my first time getting lip filler, and I'm honestly so happy I chose this place. I was pretty nervous going in, but from the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. My nurse, I believe her name is Henna was the absolute sweetest. She explained everything step-by-step, checked in on me constantly, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. I brought my brother with me for emotional support, and they were so kind to him too, which meant a lot. The whole team had such positive energy. Every single person I interacted with was warm, supportive, and uplifting. I also appreciate that she's featured in their videos and has had services done there herself; it makes the experience feel even more authentic. This is my second time at MeSo Medspa, but my first time at the MeSo Anaheim Hills location. It's so good to be back! The place is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the amazing staff welcomed me with warm smiles. I also did a skin analysis with Jaime, which highlighted all my facial concerns and what treatments could help improve my appearance. My biggest concern is my acne scars, which I want to improve. So, I decided to do RF microneedling combined with Rejuran. Nurse Grace, who did my treatment today, was so kind and explained everything in detail--from the procedure itself to the dos and don'ts afterward. The pain was manageable. I'm really excited about the results and can already see some improvement in my skin concerns. Thank you so much, Nurse Grace--and also KC for doing postcare and making me feel taken care of. The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. I have been to MeSO Medspa a couple times and can't wait to go back. The staff is friendly, the spa is clean, and comfortable. I got Botox and lip injections with Nurse Grace and she is awesome! I highly recommend both Grace and the spa as a whole, it was a great experience from start to finish and I plan to book many more treatments there in the coming year. read more

I just had the most incredible facial at MediSpa in Anaheim Hills. Jen treated me with the Oligio skin‑tightening treatment, and the results are unbelievable. Went here to get my neurotox done, and the nurse practitioner was so sweet and helpfu, and when I came back for a touchup I only needed a few units and the did not charge me for it all the staff are soooo nice and make you feel so welcome! highly recommen! read more
