Just wanted to say that Esther and her team at Meso really took care of me after coming back from my recent experience. I genuinely appreciate how they made sure to explain the mishap and made things right. I highly highly highly recommend coming here. They're a newer clinic so they do have some hiccups but totally worth the service that they provide here. I like coming here because their IV prices are great. They have a lot of specials-even for returning clients. I also like getting their facials as well. The estheticians and nurses truly know what they're doing and it shows from my glowing skin! The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming. They have a huge parking lot in the plaza that they're located at. Definitely come here for your treatments!

Pros: -plenty of parking -clean facility -easy to make an appointment -they offer coffee/tea/water Cons: -During the first 2 weeks it opened I had made an appointment for an IV. They told me they were setting it up but then 15 min later said they were out of a filter? So it couldn't be done that day and offered me a mask with LED light -When I was in the room for the LED I could hear employees talking about patients, so that rubbed me the wrong way -Finally when I did reschedule for the IV I booked a 10am appointment and got there around 9:50. I was told the nurse doesn't come in till 10. So basically by the time she got in and mixed the medication and got me set up it was almost 10:25 and I was done by 10:50. I've gotten plenty of IV's and I think I'm just used to a different kind of service. I think the employees here are still training and as of now it's not worth the drive or money to come back.

As someone who lives in LA, it's really hard to find a medspa that has QUALITY service to back up their claims and MeSO does! I drive over an hour because my results always speak for themselves. Couldn't recommend them enough :)

I've officially found my new favorite medspa! Everyone who works here has such a welcoming attitude, it truly feels like a judgement free zone. I've never once felt coerced to get more services than I needed or asked for. So far, I've had botox services done here by nurse Heena and T. Both times, the nurses were friendly and didn't rush me, taking their time to analyze my face so they could give me better customized results. Unlike other places I've gone to that pressured me to get nearly double the units. I ended up getting the SAME results here which last just as long without overpaying! Never going back to those places again. It's rare to find a medspa that combines incredible customer service, honest recommendations, and affordable pricing without compromising quality. Today I came in for a consultation as well as a free skin analysis consultation. I was greeted so warmly and didn't wait long at all before having my skin analyzed. Elle was helping me initially. I cleaned my face makeup off and their machine scans your face and basically gives you an in depth look at redness, lines, sun damage, etc. It's scary to see the flaws all front and center, but atleast you know what exactly you should target first. I appreciated being able to do that and see what areas I need to focus on. Then I was moved to the room so that Grace could help me with my first time ever Botox experience. The deal for 20 units is unreal, and for someone who can't afford a lot at the moment, this was too good to pass up. I did end up getting a few extra units at a higher cost, but I feel for my first experience, it was worth getting the right amount. Grace was incredibly kind, helpful, and transparent about how many units I needed for my forehead area to achieve the best results. Overall- it was pretty pain free, I'm excited to see results as they start to take effect. And it gives me a few months to save up for the next round. This place is really quality. And the staff is knowledgeable and helpful!

Their technicians are incredibly kind and truly pay attention to detail and personal needs. They also conduct a very in depth skin analysis with a special machine . I had an exceptional experience Nurse Jen from Meso medspa. She did with my Ultherapy and Sylfirm X treatments (not at the same time). She was incredibly gentle, making sure I felt comfortable and relax. She was attentive to check on the pain level during treatment and i really felt that i am being taken care of, she continuously checked on how i feel and if i would like to take brakes to breath a little :) She really cares about her client and would not hurry to finish the treatment. 5/5 - an amazing experience I visited MeSo Med Spa in Anaheim Hills for my first time getting lip filler, and I'm honestly so happy I chose this place. I was pretty nervous going in, but from the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. My nurse, I believe her name is Henna was the absolute sweetest. She explained everything step-by-step, checked in on me constantly, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. I brought my brother with me for emotional support, and they were so kind to him too, which meant a lot. The whole team had such positive energy. Every single person I interacted with was warm, supportive, and uplifting. I understand that results can vary; however, my concern is that the expectations communicated to me prior to treatment did not align with my actual experience/results. I proceeded with the sessions based on the assurances provided, including that I would see noticeable improvement and that the treatment would not be significantly painful. This is solely based on first time visit and experience!! I was able to get my skin analysis and see what problems my skin has. Jolina was going through what I can do to help target these problems and she speak in a very kind and well-mannered tone of voice. The environment in here is very relaxing, everyone is really nice and friendly and welcoming. I wanted to try out botox for the first time and was able to have a quick consultation with a nurse and she quickly able tell me what I needed. What is great is there is no one trying to upsell you anything, they give you plenty of time to consider what you want to do. Nurse T was the one who did the injection and oh boy, she did an amazing job making me feel calm and not too nervous about my first time. This is my second time at MeSo Medspa, but my first time at the MeSo Anaheim Hills location. It's so good to be back! The place is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the amazing staff welcomed me with warm smiles. I also did a skin analysis with Jaime, which highlighted all my facial concerns and what treatments could help improve my appearance. My biggest concern is my acne scars, which I want to improve. So, I decided to do RF microneedling combined with Rejuran. Nurse Grace, who did my treatment today, was so kind and explained everything in detail--from the procedure itself to the dos and don'ts afterward. The pain was manageable. June completed my consultation, she took her time to explain each complement of my skin care moving forward and her bubbly personality is infectious. My wife's skin was actually getting worse. Tamara sold her some very expensive product and hard-sell pressured her to buy more when she was still using the first batch. When it became apparent that the skin was not going to improve with that product, we tried to return the unopened batch and request something different. Not only would she not refund any of our money for the purchase we didn't even want in the first place, she blamed my wife for it not working! She refused to consider that the treatment might need to be modified. This is very poor business practice, very poor customer service, and she does not deserve to steal your hard-earned money the way she stole ours. My response to Tamara's response: your blatant mischaracterization of my message is consistent with your disrespectful treatment of my wife and does not surprise me in the least. I did not ask for money in exchange for changing a review. My beef with you is that you pressured my wife into buying something she didn't want and then you refused to allow her to return it for a refund. If you need more information to figure out which customer she was, that only proves that you have done this to others as well and is your common practice. What I said to you was that, if you were willing to reconsider allowing us to return the product for a refund, as you should have already done, I'd be willing to update the review accordingly. This is not a request of payment for a service. This is asking you to return the money you stole from us. I would report you to the better business bureau but it seems you are not a member.
