I treated myself to a Deep Lifting facial for self care and I can't wait to go back!!! Upon walking in she kindly requested for me to change into home shoes. That's when I knew she'd be my girl. I do the same my house, no outside shoes in the house. She provided clear instructions on changing into the facial gown. Her bed was really comfy. I fell asleep after the extractions I believe. Oura ring says I slept for 1 hour 15 min. The duration of treatment was from 1:35-3:20 about an hour and 40 min after changing. Her massage techniques were phenomenal. One of a kind. My skin is super sensitive and during facial as she was understanding what my skin habits are, she gave me education not to exfoliate daily as I normally do. My skin was glowing and I was presentable after. I felt refreshed! After service, she provided a little bag of juice and snack with samples of the sunblock she used and an oil. Very nice gesture! I've tried multiple treatments at Skincare by RK and they've all been five star experiences! I tried RK Signature Facial, Oxygen Facial, and a nano-needling facial. But the massage... her facial massage is on point. My skin is ALWAYS glowing the next day. Her menu isn't overwhelming and once you get there, she customizes the facial according to your concerns. An immediate green flag is that she strongly encourages you to not touch your face. During the consult, I would touch my face and point to where my concerns were, but she hands me a tissue instead to use if I have to touch my face haha! I appreciated that. She assessed my skin needs then she cleansed, exfoliated, dermabrasion, massaged, electroporated, and used an oxygen infusion device on my skin! It was truly an amazing experience. I was in search for a facial service that was more on the relaxing side while having effective results. In the past, facials just left my acne prone sensitive face super red with the promise of the skin regenerating later. I never felt that confident after facials and just tried to trust the process. I so happen saw RK page and booked a signature because I knew needed extractions and wanted to try the Gua Sha. When I came there her office is clean and nice. She was super sweet. When we started the service she noticed that I needed more exfoliating and was honest with me that she wouldn't be able to do the Gua Sha so switch to a customized facial. RK kept checking on me since extractions are not fun but trust me when I say RK is so attentive and make sure your pores are clean. Her massages are amazing and I have the best experience.
