I first found out about CoolSculpting from a dermatologist office that I went to. I had CoolSculpting done there and was happy with the results - I definitely wanted to get more treatments BUT knew I wanted to find a center that was dedicated specifically to CoolSculpting and offered expertise with this service and that's when I searched and found Dr. Freeze. I had looked into many types of fat reduction treatments and chose CoolSculpting for many reasons. I did not want do Lipo or any invasive type of service, also the fat reduction treatments that are done with heat don't seem to have offer as good results in comparison with CoolSculpting. I love that CoolSculpting has no downtime, is very targeted, and with my most recent treatment with Dr. Freeze I started seeing results in as little 10 days!! I'm sure their manual massage that is provided after each CoolSculpting treatment made the treatment even more effective. After a little digging, I found that not only is Dr. Freeze the most searched CoolSculpting center, but that they have some of the highest reviews on Yelp and Google. I was excited to go with Dr. Freeze for my CoolSculpting treatment because unlike other centers, Dr. Freeze specializes in CoolSculpting. Plus, the prices are straightforward- no gimmicks. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the center was comfortable and clean. As someone who notices these kinds of things, I really appreciated the effort they put into creating the right vibe at their center. Although the procedure itself isn't very long, it was nice that they had a TV in the room so that I wouldn't get bored. There was absolutely no downtime and zero pain after the procedure. I came to Dr. Freeze for CoolSculpting as part of an investment in me. I had recently moved to Orange County and wanted to focus on making myself better all the way around. I chose Dr. Freeze specifically because they incorporated weight loss (Dr. Food) with a non-surgical fat reduction procedure (Dr. Freeze). These two worked solutions together to help me target the areas that I wanted to change. The reason I decided to have CoolSculpting done is that I wanted targeted results. When I lose weight, I lose it everywhere. Even though losing weight all over is great, I had two areas where I wanted to focus - my stomach and my arms. My lower stomach would bulge out of my clothing and my arms felt bigger than they should be which made some of my shirts feed uncomfortable. On the day I had the CoolSculpting, they have a bunch of movies for me to watch. The procedure took about four hours and, honestly, I forgot I was having a procedure done at all! Initially there was a bit of discomfort when my stomach was pulled into the machine with suction - but that went away very quickly. I had my arms and stomach done on the same day. The 1st week after the procedure I felt tingling on the areas which were treated and a bit of numbness - but it didn't hurt. In fact, it just served to remind me that the treatment I'd had done was working! After a 2-3 weeks, I started to see some results. I'm now six weeks post-treatment and I am starting to see more changes. Overall, I'm very happy with the treatment results. On my stomach, I opted to do just one treatment and instead focus more on my arms. I do see that my stomach is smaller in the area that was treated. As for my arms, I notice a bit more improvement in one arm than the other - but it has only been six weeks and there are still a couple more weeks where things can change. I do think I'll have another procedure done on my arms to improve results even more. I will say that I went into this with reasonable expectations. I didn't expect total improvement - because I knew that the machine was only freezing some of the area and it could only do so much. I knew there was going to be a visible difference and I wasn't disappointed! It is a natural progression - it doesn't happen overnight. Participating in the Dr. Freeze as part of the Dr. Food program has had a tremendously positive impact on my life. I now pay more attention to what I'm eating. I am more active and spend a lot less time on the couch. That means I may walk the dogs a bit more or take a bike ride with my daughter - but these small changes are having a big impact on the quality of my life. This was my investment in me. The fact that I have put the time and effort into changing means I'm more committed than ever to continuing. It makes it much easier to say no to foods I need to stay away from. I'm investing in myself all around - not partially. This has really changed my perspective. For the four treatments on my arms and stomach, I spent approximately $5,200.00. All in all, I accomplished what I set out to accomplish. I've never done something like this before so I was googling the best places near me and ended up going with Dr Freeze because of the location and reviews and I'm definitely not disappointed at all!
