Just wanted to say that Esther and her team at Meso really took care of me after coming back from my recent experience. I genuinely appreciate how they made sure to explain the mishap and made things right. I highly highly highly recommend coming here. They're a newer clinic so they do have some hiccups but totally worth the service that they provide here. I like coming here because their IV prices are great. They have a lot of specials-even for returning clients. I also like getting their facials as well. The estheticians and nurses truly know what they're doing and it shows from my glowing skin! The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming. They have a huge parking lot in the plaza that they're located at. Definitely come here for your treatments!

Pros: -plenty of parking -clean facility -easy to make an appointment -they offer coffee/tea/water Cons: -During the first 2 weeks it opened I had made an appointment for an IV. They told me they were setting it up but then 15 min later said they were out of a filter? So it couldn't be done that day and offered me a mask with LED light -When I was in the room for the LED I could hear employees talking about patients, so that rubbed me the wrong way -Finally when I did reschedule for the IV I booked a 10am appointment and got there around 9:50. I was told the nurse doesn't come in till 10. So basically by the time she got in and mixed the medication and got me set up it was almost 10:25 and I was done by 10:50. I've gotten plenty of IV's and I think I'm just used to a different kind of service. I think the employees here are still training and as of now it's not worth the drive or money to come back.

As someone who lives in LA, it's really hard to find a medspa that has QUALITY service to back up their claims and MeSO does! I drive over an hour because my results always speak for themselves. Couldn't recommend them enough :)

I've officially found my new favorite medspa! Everyone who works here has such a welcoming attitude, it truly feels like a judgement free zone. I've never once felt coerced to get more services than I needed or asked for. So far, I've had botox services done here by nurse Heena and T. Both times, the nurses were friendly and didn't rush me, taking their time to analyze my face so they could give me better customized results. Unlike other places I've gone to that pressured me to get nearly double the units. I ended up getting the SAME results here which last just as long without overpaying! Never going back to those places again. It's rare to find a medspa that combines incredible customer service, honest recommendations, and affordable pricing without compromising quality. I had such a great experience at Meso Medspa in Anaheim Hills and couldn't recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, modern, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing -- it honestly feels more like a luxury wellness boutique than a clinic. She's extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to educate you, and truly cares about her clients. I never felt rushed or "sold to." She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she really knows her craft. I received RF microneedling using the Sylfirm X, and the results have been incredible. I've already noticed a huge improvement in my skin's texture, firmness, and overall glow. My face looks smoother, tighter, and more refreshed -- exactly what I was hoping for. If you're looking for a med spa that combines advanced technology, beautiful ambiance, and truly caring providers, this is the place. I'll definitely be coming back! Today I came in for a consultation as well as a free skin analysis consultation. I was greeted so warmly and didn't wait long at all before having my skin analyzed. Elle was helping me initially. I cleaned my face makeup off and their machine scans your face and basically gives you an in depth look at redness, lines, sun damage, etc. It's scary to see the flaws all front and center, but atleast you know what exactly you should target first. I appreciated being able to do that and see what areas I need to focus on. Then I was moved to the room so that Grace could help me with my first time ever Botox experience. The deal for 20 units is unreal, and for someone who can't afford a lot at the moment, this was too good to pass up. I did end up getting a few extra units at a higher cost, but I feel for my first experience, it was worth getting the right amount. Grace was incredibly kind, helpful, and transparent about how many units I needed for my forehead area to achieve the best results. Overall- it was pretty pain free, I'm excited to see results as they start to take effect. And it gives me a few months to save up for the next round. This place is really quality. And the staff is knowledgeable and helpful!

My best friends and I have been trying to plan a trip to Korea to get facials out there since they're known to stack their procedures together. MeSo Medspa caught my attention when I saw their free skin analysis. They even add on post care including cryotherapy, modeling mask, and LED light therapy! No need to fly to Korea to get my skin care anymore! Yesterday I checked out the Anaheim Hills location for microneedling with rejuran. The fact that they remembered me from the Newport Beach location melts my heart. They really treat a person special rather than a customer. I was already running late and I needed to rush out of there to pick up my kids from school. Gosh, I wish I got her name, but one girl in particular kept her eye on the time and would check in with me periodically during my session to make sure I wouldn't be late to my kids. This meant a lot to be because the spa was pretty busy, so to juggle that is impressive. They are so big on post care so she packed me some face masks on the go since I wasn't able to do the recommended 20 min LED. (So sweet) So excited to see the results Thank you! I came here for the promotions that they were offering for their grand opening... which included a $1.99/unit of Botox deal - practically unheard of, especially here in California. Had Thaomy as my injector during the first visit, and she was wonderful - took the time to walk me through everything she was doing and made it clear that her priority was helping me achieve my desired results (while maintaining a natural look). Clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. The only gripe I have is that the staff seems somewhat disorganized... the two times I've been here, I'm pretty sure I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Maybe they're still working out the kinks, being newly opened and all, but that's an area for improvement I thought was worth mentioning. read more

I came across this spa while scrolling through IG and thought I should give it a try based on the amount of times it kept popping up in my feed, so I scheduled a free skin analysis consultation, and I'm glad I went! First: The scheduling process for an appointment was extremely simple online and I love how a text was sent a few days before where I could easily confirm or cancel my appointment. Arriving: The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was clean as well as relaxing! There's soft music playing throughout the spa, which made it comforting. Consultation: The skin analysis appointment was very informative and I absolutely loved how Jaime explained each photo to me! She was extremely kind and professional, and I loved that during the process of recommending treatments the spa offers, she wasn't pushy or rushing me to schedule one right then and there. She discussed how each treatment could benefit me, what the procedures are like, and answered any questions I had! I had such a great experience here! T was my nurse for Botox injections, and she did an amazing job. I had Botox 4-5 years ago, and this time I came in since I have a wedding to attend next week. The injections were quick, much less painful than I remembered, and T explained everything thoroughly so I felt comfortable. I also want to give a shoutout to Jamie, the esthetician -- she was so friendly and did a fantastic job with my skin analysis. I found this MedSpa on Instagram and honestly thought the Jeuveau price of $1.90 per unit had to be a scam but it wasn't. I was checked in almost immediately upon arrival, and the two nurses who assisted me were wonderful. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I wish I remembered their names because I'd love to see them again on my next visit and I hope my 30 units kick in as it should and not watered down. My only concern was the checkout experience. It felt a bit unprofessional. My card information had to be entered manually, which took longer than expected, and then my receipt was accidentally emailed to the wrong person. As someone who values good customer service, this came across as careless. Additionally, the second front desk staff member (blonde, wearing green scrubs) never looked up to acknowledge me, no smile, no greeting, nothing. The front desk is the first point of contact and truly sets the tone for the entire office. A little professionalism and warmth would make a big difference. Overall, the nurses were excellent, and the service itself was great. With some improvements at the front desk, this MedSpa could easily be a five-star experience. Again, 3 stars because I value and an acknowledge, overall good customer service. read more

This is the first time I am really investing in myself and I am in SUCH good hands at MeSo!
