We had to pay over $1200 in hotel & food, another $400 in Ubers and car rentals to get my family home on the 3rd day while I'm still here paying and stranded, so these are numbers as of the time I wrote this. I cannot tell you how crooked and full of it Fred and Freddie are. DO NOT COME HERE! Your response is an absolute crock! I called you yesterday afternoon, after HAVING TO CALL YOU AGAIN in the morning because your shop has zero communication. I really needed to get on the road for the long haul ahead of me and I wasn't that familiar with this particular car to get into adding my own so I stopped by A-1 and they were so wonderful. They had just opened and saw me anyway and had me quickly and safely back on the road even though I was that annoying person who should have planned ahead and had an appointment while I was in the town. Truck is still broken. Charged 35.00 a day for storage for a total of 3 weeks!! Then charged another 350.00 to put 5 blade fuses in! DO NOT use these frauds. Lack of trained personnel or don't care shout cut attitude! Recommends service/parts that is not…read morewarranted. Took a 2022 Ford Expedition in for a coolant system flush and refill with factory 56/44 antifreeze; owner provided. First time used their 50/50 antifreeze after service writer specified owners 56/44. Second time only put 2 gal in a 4 gal coolant system. Suspect the 2 gal was done the first time. Third try, put in 4 gal ish. After running vehicle 15 min on the road going home coolant reservoir tank took approx .75 gal more to fill the system. Was also told and in writing the vehicle cabin air filter was " critical" and needed changing. Filter was new and installed for only one week before being told it needed changing. Indications from others that Mesquite Ford commonly recommends repairs/parts when not needed. Be aware of your go there.
