Where do I begin? I met Justin at the Pink Bridal Expo in Memphis back in August. A few other vendors recommended him and I stopped by to check him out. We spoke briefly. A couple of days later I emailed him (he responded lightning fast) and we went back and forth and set up a time to meet. My husband and I met him at a Starbucks on a very windy and rainy day. Checked out his work. Asked a few questions. And a few weeks later I signed the contract. Justin is very communicative. Very quick to respond. Very helpful and very knowledgable. At the bridal expo I picked out a prize and it included a free drone! ***side note***i would have paid for the drone. It is awesome what it can do for your video. Let Me rephrase that- it is awesome what Justin can do with the immense amount of talent he has. My wedding was last weekend! Everything was PEFRECT. I have the trailer from Justin. I watch the video at least 5 times a day. It doesn't look like a wedding trailer. It looks like a movie done in Hollywood. Justin is beyond talented. I feel his prices are very reasonable. He has pride in his work. And he is great at what he does. He is so easy to work with and talk to. I felt very comfortable with him. My husband loves him. We had people from all over the world come to our wedding. And his wedding trailer has been viewed in at least 4 different countries at this point. Finding the right & best videographer I could trust to capture our special day was one of the hardest decisions I had to make! When I came across Message in a Bottle, I contacted them, and immediately knew they were the ones for us! (Just by a phone call) We live 7 hours away in Oklahoma and didn't meet Justin until the day of our wedding. He was excellent with communication & catered to what I wanted & didn't want in our video.
