They act as if they HAVE to be there instead of wanting to be there. They would rather kick tour child out and take the next paying customer with easier children to deal with. Employees let personal stuff get in the way of work. Many times had to reschedule meetings bc people had doctors appts or having to run home to let their dog out. They also use their guinea pig as a selling point, putting the pet in the room during tours but never once did I see the pet in my child's class. Listen to all the bad reviews, obviously we are not the only ones who feel this way. Great looking facility but it's filled with crappy staff. Including management.

They have great Christmas concerts & always do 1 Mom's Night & 1 Dad's night, they put so much work into it & make sure you're going to have a blast & build lifelong memories. The new leadership with Ms. Jesicca and Ms.Tiffany is super amazing. They listen and take action /provide feedback. They are making tangible improvements all around and are keen to keep only the best teachers. I like the realtime interaction with the teachers providing updates throughout the day. Special shout out to Ms.Chrissy, Ms.Tiffany, Ms.Jessica, so gracious Ms.Natalie, Mr.Stephen and really everyone here. They truly care about the kids, and not only are they helping them reach developmental milestones, they are teaching them patience, empathy and kindness. We love seeing the skills they are developing at school and hearing their little voices sing the sweet songs they have learned. My son will be starting Kindergarten this year, and he passed all his screenings with flying colors, but he's also growing into a kind-hearted person. We know this is in-part because of the caring people who have been pouring into his life at Kid's Kingdom.

The staff at the Y club does not require IDs however, if you go in the staff at the front desk, always ask for a photo ID and will not take my safe at home ID, which is what I am required to carry. Every single time it's an issue and they have to call Courtney over. When you pick up for aftercare the gentleman that is always there sits at a makeshift desk and refuses to get up to come to your car to have you sign out your kids, not a big big deal but when you have an infant in your car all the time it's very inconvenient and I do not like leaving him in the car alone. I say this every single time and every single time he refuses to come to my car so I can sign the girls out. There have been a couple other instances and I'm hoping the school year just goes a lot smoother.
