Tacking on an additional $300. He gave no reason for the up charge. It was a bait and switch. Recently I had a professional crew come in and do some unrelated work. They said, "Who did the flooring?​ They didn't remove the base boards or add any basing. They stuck the flooring directly to the concrete. Wow..." I told them nothing about the floor. That was their genuine reaction. I wouldn't recommend Sully's Carpets.

Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. I felt like he was selling me a bag of crap and telling me it was chocolate. Their crew left my house in a shambles during demolition phase. I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?
