We had three separate jobs to do. Replacing a window, adding on to a deck and building a set of stairs. Dustin gave us a fair price for all three jobs, in line with other bids we received. Dustin was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and completed all three jobs in a short period of time. He gave suggestions on how to make the designs better than what we had planned and did exceptional quality work. You could really tell that Dustin takes pride in the work he does. He did an excellent job cleaning up the work site and even raked out and reseeded a small section of lawn that had been damaged during the job. Most notable and dramatic is that they repaired the spa platform crossbeams to something that is definitely aesthetically better looking! They did a lot of cleanup work such as sanding off chalk, and pencil lines previously left behind. They cleaned off the residual cardboard from the sono tube support pillars. But I think one of the most impressive things of all is that they literally raked out all the residual stone, debris and shale that had been left under the spa and deck. My wife was much happier with this result, and I'm grateful to them for following through on these issues. I've posted pictures of the cleanup work that was done by them today.

Granted they were replaced when we pointed it out but, most contractors would notice and rectify without the need for customer concerns and requests. very disorganized and one of the men working on our home flat out lied. the carpenter was excellent and the tradesmen were excellent but as far as the way this business was run, I'd say do just that, run.

I will start that the floors look good…read more I was verbally disrespected by this company. There was a lack of communication and timing of the entire process. In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.
