A cool brew spot hidden in an industrial area off Grove. Small but mighty brew menu, great service, loveseats, themed nights. My fiancé and I love coming to their Wednesday night karaoke nights. Bomb azz food vendors. Give it a shot!!

Metabolic Brewing Co. is a cool little brewery off of Grove Ave in Ontario. The beers are very good. They have a small tap room and on a Saturday afternoon there were about 10 people in the tap room. Beers are very good! I had the Mexican Lager/Diamond Eyes. Its outstanding. My husband had the Shut Off Valve. He really liked it. This is a brewery I'd come back to. Give it a try, especially if you live in Chino or Ontario

This was a fun brewery to check out with my friends. I had a blood orange beer and it was refreshing. The owner was talking to us and giving us recommendations. I really enjoyed the attention to detail of the brewery that made me feel like it was my room when I was a teenager.

    Great art and ambiance!

Had the opportunity to visit Metabolic for the first time last weekend. We had a great time. The vibe is super chill, and the staff super welcoming. Walk in to an entryway with a few classic arcade machines on free play. We had a blast playing The Simpsons. I'm a craft beer guy, so was excited to try all the brews. Everything I tasted was great. Well balanced, and some fun flavor combinations. Service was great. We were there on a Saturday, and they had live music - great musician with on-theme spooky music.

I've been here twice and I'm definitely impressed. The brewery has a great vibe, the owners are super cool and the beer is great! My favorite is their rosemary West Coast IPA, "Fully Compensated". They have plenty of seating, card games, non alcoholic options, and usually a good retro sci-fi on the projector. I'm looking forward to their upcoming black IPL and a couple new IPA releases.

We are happy to see another brewery in the neighborhood. I am a hazy and an IPA lover. And I had the IPA with Rosemary and the regular West Coast. I will definitely return. They are growing and thriving. The owners are very friendly and provide great customer service and they give great recommendations. The establishment has one restroom, which is gender neutral, the theme is cute. If you're a fan of Little Shop of Horrors , you will see a nice surprise in the restroom. There's also a patio where one can relax; there may be pop up food vendors outside.. I can't wait to see the brewery grow because it has great beer! Two thumbs up all around!! We will be back soon!

Came on Friday night to check out this new local brewery, I love how close this is to my house! The inside is decorated like an 80s horror mad scientist theme with the paintings and prints on the walls. But I think my favorite thing here is there are several tv's playing horror movies and 80s cartoons. There's a really cool space in one corner with a huge projector that was playing Transformers cartoon, with couches, a table, and bookshelves full of games. It was the cutest lounge area. The employees and the owners are all extremely nice. My husband spoke with the owners and we are so excited to have not just a cool spot close to home but a cool spot owned by such nice people. We're super excited to see what activities you guys bring to the area! My husband tried the Ground Glass and the Lobotomia, he loved both. I had the west coast IPA with rosemary and the seltzer with passion fruit (I can't remember the names!) and both were delicious too. We look forward to going back!

Metabolic Brewing feels like stepping into a secret lab where each world-class beer is a precise experiment in flavor. Vivid sci-fi murals cast strange shadows while the staff--quietly brilliant and undeniably rad--guides you toward unexpected delights. Here, comfort and curiosity collide, making every sip feel like a daring little adventure.

Came to see our musically talented son-in-law, Ian Vergara play his gig at the Metabolic Brewery Co. Great hangout place with arcade games at the entrance, a lounge with board games, cards, books and a merch store. Interesting decor, gothic, dark, gives off like a mad-scientist vibe yet awesome and cool at the same time. Friendly staff, cool craft beers. Pop-up food vendor outside. Check it out!

Amazing time as always. I feel so comfortable coming here alone and still having a nice time. The atmosphere is perfect. Will always spend my weekends hanging out with the Metabolic crew. Not one bad beer tender. Love it here!

Great new Brewery with a cool theme. Went on the first day of their soft opening. Great turn out. Will definitely be visiting more.

There were 3 sets this night, ranging from solo acoustic to rock band to punk band. They were each showcasing their (mostly) independent works, which was fun! The sound system was pretty loud for the narrow, smallish space, but no one minded! In looking at their upcoming offerings, I was impressed with the wide array of musical talent, trivia nights, and deaf/hard of hearing dance nights. The walls and counters display art by local artists. LGBTQ + flags are present. You got games available to play over here and community fliers to peruse over there. Wanna buy some jewelry by an Indy artist? Got that too! Overall, the vibe here is cozy, welcoming, friendly, and really feels like a hub for folks to gather over a pint. The community spirit is solid. My seltzer was delish! The friendly bartender suggested an addition of raspberry, so yes indeedy, please! Mmm! My friend liked her beer, but she likes hers icy cold, so she said she would've enjoyed it more if it had been colder. Indeed, beer not withstanding, it was pretty warm inside, and could've done with some airflow. At a point someone opened the front door. We knew from parking in the back, that there was no entrance/exit there for a breezeway. If you do park in the lot behind, you'll need to walk around the corner. If you can get it, there's street parking. Overall, I enjoyed my night at Strum! It's the kind of place you're sure to meet some folks, chat a bit, drink a bit, and enjoy live music!

When I asked for a recommendation, the bartender(?) was very patient with me and gave me samples of two of their bestsellers while explaining the flavor profiles. Mine only came out to about $13 for a 12oz, when I was expecting $25 (maybe I'm just used to cocktail pricing haha) It was extremely busy on a Friday night, but there was still a few empty seats! Atmosphere was lively, warm, and relaxing. There was also a taco truck the day we went Though not sure why so many people brought their kids... or how they got past security LOL

The brewery only has snacks to serve as food but allow any outside food. They do have a food truck, typically Mexican food, and it was pretty tasty. We tried the carne asada nachos and surprisingly enjoyed the taste. They have numerous tv's playing along the brewery with both the soccer and baseball games that was going on concurrently. There is no "bad" place to sit and you still have a great view of the TVs. There is an open area where kids hang out and if they like, can play with a sports ball of choice; my kids brought a bounce ball. The only thing lacking was parking and music. We got lucky after driving around the block a few times but the parking spaces are pretty tight, especially if you have a truck or SUV. Though games are playing, with all the laughing/talking not much you can hear except the loud clatter so music would have helped as much better "noise" to hear lol Overall, beer and slushy seltzers were great, reasonably priced, and big area to sit.

They did card us at the entrance and give us a wristband. I'm not sure if this is everyday, or just because of the festival. It is family friendly, there were kids of all ages, so the wristbands could just be an extra precaution. The menu is small but they had a bit of everything. You order when you walk in and then pick up your drinks at the counter. We went with a Patio Szzn and a Supplemental (both IPAs). They were both delicious, I found them to be on the lighter side for an IPA. Definitely refreshing though. There was indoor and outdoor seating. We managed to find a high table inside. Outside seemed busy. They also had a food vendor outside, which smelled amazing. I saw a few people with orders of tacos and they looked really good. The place also has a huge calendar with their events for the month. Seems like a cool place for a date night or night out with friends, maybe on trivia night. But overall a cool, low key place with scrumptious beers.

As an avid beer drinker, Rescue Brewery is one of my go-to breweries in the area. It is always clean, has friendly staff, and has great brews and food! Before sitting down, you're supposed to order your beers with the nice beertenders at the front. I usually get the Haze Against The Machine. They also have a good menu and a happy hour! I had ordered their garlic fries and their poke nachos. The beertenders gives you a number, then you can display it at the table of your choice. The atmosphere inside is nice' they have cute string lights placed all around. They're also usually playing modern music or country. It does get a bit loud in there dependent on how many people are inside. Their garlic fries are very crispy and have garlic pieces sprinkled on top. The sauce it comes with is addicting. My favorite is definitely their poke nachos! It has an abundant amount of tuna sprinkled over it with jalapeños, pickled onions, pickled radishes, and their delicious sauce. Their wonton chips are very crunchy, too! I washed it down with my IPA that was super hazy and crisp. I've been here a few times, but forget to check in/do a review. I didn't forget this time! We had about 26 people, and I was so concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a place that could seat us all on a Saturday evening. I emailed with Alex, the taproom manager, a little less than 2 weeks before the date I wanted, and she told me that they would be able to accommodate us! I was so incredibly relieved! After our axe throwing, we walked the VERY short walk across the street, and Alex and her staff had our tables ready to go for everyone! They made our huge group feel so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we got there! Alex explained to us that the food and drinks are ordered at the registers, which made it so easy and convenient for everyone to not have to worry about doing separate checks for a big group (that can get confusing and messy sometimes). The beers, seltzers, and food were all incredible!!! Even the most particular people in our group raved about how good everything was, and trust me when I say, that is a high compliment! The staff were absolutely incredible as well! They were so knowledgeable about the beers, so patient with our big group, and were just so helpful and kind! Everyone is still talking about how great everything was, and I'm truly so grateful to Alex and the rest of the staff at Rescue Brewing for making my husband's birthday so amazing!! We appreciate you all so much, and we can't wait to come back soon!
