I had visited Strum Brewery on a Thursday night with a friend. I had noticed that they didn't have dinner entrees for sale, so I had gotten birria tacos from two blocks down to bring with me. I had entered right upon opening, and had felt a sense of comfort being there. There was coloring paper on random tables alongside cute, random ballon characters/animals. There was a lot of pride representation and support scattered around, too. This brewery is also very supportive of pet adoption as it is advertised on their coasters. I was able to see the brewery cat for the first thirty minutes. So adorable! I had ordered their Purple Haze Hazy IPA twice! It quenched my thirst on a super hot day! They had AC fans going and it was nice inside. The beertenders were sweet and you can tell they're a good time! Nearly the time we left, they had live performers singing on stage. It was very nice to see! Absolutely will be visiting here again whenever possible.

Bartenders are nice but really work for a tip by asking a lot of questions. I get being friendly and relationship building but sometimes it's just awkward and puts you in a weird situation feeling forced to tip on the screen. And if you don't tip after they serve your drink and you say thank you they just walk away no "your welcome" or "enjoy", not that it's needed but hey customer service is nice. They had indoor seating with sports playing and outdoor seating due to the event. My sister and I ordered a flight each and since they were busy it was given in these cups. I really liked the JTQ Short, which was a Tangerine Blonde Ale. My sister enjoyed the Altbier, which was a German Amber Ale.
