We had about 26 people, and I was so concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a place that could seat us all on a Saturday evening. I emailed with Alex, the taproom manager, a little less than 2 weeks before the date I wanted, and she told me that they would be able to accommodate us! I was so incredibly relieved! After our axe throwing, we walked the VERY short walk across the street, and Alex and her staff had our tables ready to go for everyone! They made our huge group feel so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we got there! Alex explained to us that the food and drinks are ordered at the registers, which made it so easy and convenient for everyone to not have to worry about doing separate checks for a big group (that can get confusing and messy sometimes). The beers, seltzers, and food were all incredible!!! Even the most particular people in our group raved about how good everything was, and trust me when I say, that is a high compliment! The staff were absolutely incredible as well! They were so knowledgeable about the beers, so patient with our big group, and were just so helpful and kind! Everyone is still talking about how great everything was, and I'm truly so grateful to Alex and the rest of the staff at Rescue Brewing for making my husband's birthday so amazing!! We appreciate you all so much, and we can't wait to come back soon!

I must say, the brewery really stands out with their bright and appealing logo out front. When we went in, the place was packed, but we were able to find a table for the four of us. To our surprise, they didn't just have a huge beer selection--they also offered a large variety of seltzers and cocktails for anyone who wasn't in the mood for beer. I decided to try the Tart of War, and my taste buds were in for a pleasant surprise. This sour beer had delicious notes of strawberry, pineapple, coconut, and vanilla. The brewery had a lot of TVs, which was perfect because I was able to catch the Lakers game that night. The bartenders were super friendly and worked efficiently, even with such a large crowd. The 90's alternative rock playing in the background had all of us nodding along. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. They also seem to have a happy hour on Wednesdays from 6-9 PM with food and drink specials, which is definitely worth checking out.

This is a cool, family-owned micro-brewery situated in a strip center. There's plenty of parking, both indoor and patio seating, and a really nice selection of well-made craft beers. BEERS: My wife's first experience, so she tried a 6-pour taster (4 oz/$14), and opted for all stouts, including: Guinness Irish Stout (4.9%), "We Love LA" Stout (6.1%), Obsessed-Coffee Disorder Stout (6.4%), Peanut Butter Stout (6.8%), Smoked Maple Bar Stout (7.5%), and Triple Stout (8.1%). I chose a pint of the Chocoholic Anonymous Stout (6.0%) which has always been one of my favorites. She liked the Peanut Butter Stout the best, so we ended up sharing a pint of that before we left. We got our fill, and they were all pretty delicious! FOOD: Check out social media (@the_stout_house_upland) as to who will be there serving what. On our visit, "Culinary Madness 101" (@culinarymadness101) was set up outside and sold tapas style items. We tried the Papas Bravas con Chorizo ($12) which was excellent and a fantastic accompaniment to the beers. They also have small bites like pretzels, cookies, and chips. Everyone was really nice here and good vibes here. It gets really busy and it has many seating areas. We were in the private room for the tasting but could go out to the beer area and purchase beer and food. I ordered an amazing pastrami pizza. Easy parking and located next to other beer restaurants and the Plume Ridge Wine the area looks industrial but it's located in the back. They have signs that will guide you there. They have pretty good selection of beers on tap and when it says the ingredient you can taste the flavors in the beer. First brewery to open up and its been around for a long time. They have lot of games inside you can play and we sat at the table that has the chess on it so we played that while we were enjoying our beer. Definitely a spot that we will return. Good selections to pick from and they also sell snacks you can purchase while you are sipping on your beer.

That's a long winded way of saying you're going to like something they offer. Like most breweries it's in an industrial park, so there's plenty of parking. One TV. A good amount of tables and several seats at the bar. Bonus, there are a couple of other breweries close by, so if you're trying to hit up a few you don't have to go far.
