The girls do not wipe down chairs or beds, there were visible marks on the chairs. There is no awareness from staff - timers would go off and no one would come to help, meanwhile they're standing right there. Or they would forget what machine I was just on, while there's just two machines and the space is extremely small. Just no care, zero sense of urgency, and I only saw the Dr. once at consult and the other two times were never in privacy and for less than a minute. Even while explaining to the techs my symptoms have gotten worse and the Dr. was in hearing range, the Dr. still did not speak with me. My first appt I had xrays ordered and the doctor never went over them with me or mentioned them. Stay clear from this place if you're actually in pain and want a team that is attentive and caring.

Very often she could hardly walk and stand because of the pain. She was referred to physical therapy but did not get a relief. She was prescribed pain medication for temporary relief. Her normal activities was curtailed and discontinued because of the discomfort. Finally, I asked her to get a MRI from the Base Hospital to find out what causes the pain. She was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and she needs to undergo spinal decompression. Finally, I found Las Vegas Valley Care and made an appointment right away to Mayra De LaTorre. We found a gifted Doctor, Dr. Shaw who gave my wife a comprehensive treatment that helped my wife to regain her strength and resume her activities. Thank You so much.
