I'm honestly sad my infusions are done, I only needed 5 and I'm sooo thankful I was referred to this location! Every single person that works here has been so kind. Gracie the receptionist is a delight to be greeted by, Nicole and Helen were great techs, I had the opportunity to chat with one of the co owners Chris for a bit and you can tell he truly loves serving the community, I wish I could give them 10 stars. My son was a mini celebrity with everyone, he came to all my appointments and I love that they have a kid nook with toys and books, I felt so welcome every time and I feel so much better now. Also the view from the chairs is beautiful I loved everything about this location if I ever need more infusions I would drive out of my way to come back. read more

Ok, I was referred to this center by Bridging the Gap Adult Sickle Cell Foundation of Nevada and I am glad I was! This place is awesome! Some may say that Awesome is an exaggeration but let me explain to you my "AWESOME". When you first come in the door, it may not look like much but once you enter the treatment areas, you forget that you are there for treatment or an infusion. You think you are there for a retreat! We all know it is hot in Vegas and so, I was dehydrated. I called ahead to make sure that this center took my insurance and then an appointment was made. The process was quick and easy. Christian and his staff genuinely care for their patients! They have snacks, drinks and warm blankets to make you feel at home. Now, more awesomeness...The room I was placed in, had an awesome view. Yes, it had a television, but I did not need that as the soothing sounds of a waterfall and nature took care of that need. As I relaxed in my recliner, I could hear the birds chirping, the rain dropping and the waterfall's calming flow. After my infusion, I was ready for my cruise. Hydrated and lifted in my spirit as I felt like a person...not a patient at this center! My suggestions to visitors to Vegas who may need vitamin boost, hydration, hangover remedies or even if you need your medications infused, they can do it all. They are reasonably priced and take most insurances. If you need a fix, consider eMediate Infusion, I am sure they have what you need. My regular infusion placed closed. So I just had my first infusion at this location and so far I would highly recommend them. They have really nice, comfy infusion rooms. Mine had a pretty view. Great facility. Skilled nursing staff that cares and takes care of their patients. I have been receiving infusions for the better part of the last three years and have been to several infusion centers. I had to switch from my previous center due to insurance changes. I am so glad I did. This facility is so peaceful and comfortable. Huge recliners, televisions in the rooms, warm blankets and great WiFi. Everything you need to get through a long infusion (or a short one too!) The views outside are beautiful as well. With lots of grass, trees and a water feature. read more

I highly recommend this place for treatments. I recently had 5 iron infusions done at this facility and I'm amazed by how awesome the whole staff was! It's been a long time since I've gone some where were the whole staff is personable. I actually looked forward to getting my treatments done each week because of the staff. They would sit and converse with you while you're going through treatment!! I haven't seen that in a long time! Best place in town. If you want a friendly caring and awesome nursing staff, this is the place to go. I was surprised that all of the nurses here are actually registered nurses and they care for you like you are family. I will never step foot in that place again !! I went there for about a year But I made an appointment 8 weeks in advance On the day of my infusion.I was running 10-15 behind .I am coming from Henderson. I left a message.I get there on time anyways When I get there .They don't even have my medication.Plus they couldn't find me on the schedule.I had a schedule card . Anyways,They had 8 weeks to find out .That my Dr needed to write another prescription. This way I could have never been without my medication.So it took an additional 6 weeks to get my medication.They call me on a Wednesday Telling me they have my medication.I said .I need to come in right away .I asked if I could come in on Thursday? They said they would call me back She never does .I call leave a message They get back to on Friday at 4 pm Tell me they can't give me an infusion until Tuesday?? That's basically a week after they got it I am having a major flare up .If they actually cared about their patients.I would have been told before my prescription ran out .Plus the day they got the medication in.I should have been the first patient seen .Since I have been waiting 15 weeks for my medication.I will never step foot in that business again .Patient Be warned !! read more
