Had an amazing afternoon at Hyper Restore Wellness! The facility is clean, easy to get to, and the amenities and services are top-notch. I enjoyed the infrared sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, IV drip, and compression therapy. It was exactly the wellness day I needed! The staff are so friendly and personable. Restore Wellness Center off Grand Canyon is next level. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by a team that's not only incredibly professional but also genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. I've tried a little of everything--red light therapy, cryotherapy, IV bags, and the mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy pod. Every service is explained thoroughly, and I always feel totally at ease. After just a few visits, I noticed my skin glowing, my energy improved, and my recovery time way faster. I leave every session feeling refreshed, recharged, and better than when I came in. Relaxation in solitude! This place is magical. First timer here and they helped explain everything so I was as cozy (mentally and physically) as could be. Core offerings are sauna, compression, cryotherapy or complete body infrared treatment. The sauna experience is approx 47 mins and temps range from 158-166°. Light color is your choice and there is a nice shower waiting for you afterward. Infrared was only 10 minutes and fairly relaxing as well. Compression is offered for hip, arms or legs, and lasts one hour. They offer up to a setting of 7, but as a newbie I started on 4 and felt super cozy right there. They offer lots of support and check in on you as needed to make sure everything is going great. Awesome experience overall! read more

Deceitful, poor practices, inexperienced nurses. Take your business elsewhere. Nurse broke a needle in my arm , then jabbed another area in my arm 5 times until i asked her to stop. Left bruised and swollen, not even an apology from anyone on staff. 1 month into treatment, i was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer . Was not permitted by my doctor to receive any further treatments . Management basically told me that my plan premiums were still due and my already paid for ($1400) treatments were gonna expire . This is an update to my previous review. I was told that "Tim" (the owner) would call me to discuss the services I PAID FOR but they refuse to provide. Never heard from him. Today I was in for my last service that I had previously paid for. When I asked Stephanie (Manager) about not hearing from Tim she informed me that he wouldn't be calling me. So I paid 310 a month. I realize that they have other services, like sauna, red light, and cryo. However, if you are into your IV you should not have to pay for your vitamins to go into them. I think that it should have vitamins in it, then if you want to add more you can. Then today I go there I cancel my services and they are suppose to open at 10. No one was there until 18 after. Also if you need an IV because of a hangover. You are in trouble. They might not even have nurse . I just think it's bad business! If you want to cancel. Oh goodness. Good luck! Where do I start. My friend from F45 Fitness next door warned me not to join. I could not resist as I literally live 2 minutes away and is easier to get to compared to my normal IV drip spot at Wynn Encore. I travel for work and it is important to get my vitamins in as I cant afford to get sick and IV's help so much, also if I get sick so does my daughter. They lure you in by saying you can get an IV anytime and always have a nurse on staff. This is false and this is where things started to turn with my experience. The days and times they have a nurse on staff varies. For example they don't have a nurse at the Henderson location some days and if you want to get an IV you have to drive to Summerlin location to use your credits. This not what was sold to me when you sign up for a membership. I should have known something was up with the constant turn over of nurses. KIM is great, the nurse. I loved going in relaxing and watching Disney channel. However more and more nobody is available. Pre New Years Eve and after New Years Eve and during Holidays NO Nurse for IV's. Excuse was the didnt have a nurse. This is where things went completely south. Monday I was traveling home and found out they had no nurse at Henderson location on staff so had to drive to Summerlin location. 35 minutes away cool I can tolerate. I received my IV and was asked if I wanted to use my CREDITS for an additional ingredient. I said yes to Kim the nurse who I like. I walked out and didnt think anything of it as I had banked CREDITS. I saw a charge on my account for $58 and I called in to the manager and asked what it was for. She explained to me I couldnt use credits for the add on. So she debited my card without my authorization and didnt refund it. Fine, let if go. Then the next day the billed me for monthly service again. At this point I was over it. I asked to cancel for false advertisement and they could just keep my CREDITS banked. I got excuse after excuse saying they have a cancellation fee of $200. Scott the District Manager needs advice on how to make a simple solution easy. Just refund the $200 and its done. However nobody wanted to take accountability and refund the money for false services advertised. My goal was to support local business as I love this community. If want to question my credibility please look at my social media as it is not private. I am a proud member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Presidents club. My team donates and fundraises for Henderson Police Department , Salvation Army and Shade Tree. This is not how you stay in business in this community. But what would I know, as a National Accounts Manager and my customers in this market are Wynn Encore, Venetian Palazzo, Penn Gaming, Boyd Gaming, Affinity Gamin, Fontainebleau, Sphere to name some just in this market. MOST important if I ran my portfolio the way Scott manages his district I would be unemployed. Complaints filed with Nevada Consumer Affairs, reports with Henderson Police Department, Las Vegas Police Department, Fraud charges with Credit Union. All could have been avoided with simple refund. TL, DR: BUYER BEWARE. This place is brand spankin' new. Their official grand opening is Memorial Day Weekend (5/26-5/29). I saw their ad on FB for $20 cryo session. I took advantage to go check out their facility, which is awesome - all new equipment and clean space. The cryo was good, they only kept me in there for 2.5 minutes because it was my first time there, but I've done cryo for years, especially helpful after a tri or ultra event and I've already done 2 50ks and a trail Ragnar this year. Okay. 2.5 minutes. It was great. They have a full-body chamber, almost like a freezer instead of a tube-style with nitrogen that you have to keep your head out of. So 2 stars. I hate giving less than 4...But this really felt like a bait and switch. I took advantage of the $20 cryo and was told that because I was a "VIP" customer, pre-grand opening client, I could get a core service for free and another core service at 50% off. So I made an appointment for red light therapy immediately after paying for the cryo session. I ended up rescheduling my comped red light therapy session - which is a 13-minute session - because I wasn't going to make it there on time. Seemed like no problem, got the text confirmation and everything. So I show up at my rescheduled time and my appointment is suddenly not on their schedule. Oh, but it's okay because we have the space available (gee, I wonder because I SCHEDULED IT?). Here's the bait and switch, seems like because I was not on the schedule, I'd have to pay retail. I explain the situation and no change to the cost, but here's what they'll do - I can buy a membership for $169. You can get 8 core services in a month with a membership. Oh okay. Oh, we do ask that you sign up for minimum of 3 months. At $170/month? So my "complimentary" red light session turned into $50 (retail for a single core service) which turned into a sales pitch for a membership for $169 for a month, which turned into a commitment for 3 months ($510 total). Oh, but since I'm a pre-grand opening client, I can get the first month at $129. Um. Needless to say, I walked out. Thanks, but no thanks. There was absolutely no discussion with the rep about what I was expecting when I walked in and the money I would need to spend that day kept getting higher and higher. So their facilities are great. Hands down. If $510 is no big deal to you, I'd say go for it. But the slick, used car salesman vibe I got was a complete turn off and I have a suspicion that canceling your membership may become a bigger issue than the CSRs at the desk may lead you to believe. Go into it with your eyes wide open and don't get bullied into spending $500 when you thought you were getting a sample session. False advertising and the bait-and-switch at its finest. read more

Absolutely outrageous business practices. They invite you in and tell you all about a 50% off first time special on iv services. The lady sat down and specifically went over options with prices in a book. She encouraged us to "book as many upgrades as possible because it's the only time it will all be 50% off." I picked an option with my wife for $336. I confirmed with the worker it was 50% off which she said it was. After receiving the IV, the lady at the counter said the price was over $350. That is more than full price of the option we picked. Then when we complained, she said she could give us 50% off but only the base iv is half off. I asked to speak with the other lady and we were told she was no longer available to talk to us. They ended up charging us $246 each for the IVs we were told at the beginning were $168. This did not feel like a miscommunication. It felt like a business deliberately stealing from you. They encourage to buy more saying it's half off, but after the service is done and can't be cancelled the prices completely change. And we were told there is no manager to speak to. One would call back in a few days. It doesn't matter how good a service is, any company that will lie about prices is one that shouldn't be in business. Be warned. read more
