My purchase was based on their quote which went from being lower than being high than other places. Think they should have eaten their mistake.

A big sticker on the rake said "15 year warranty" that made me feel like it must be good quality. The first time I used the rake it caught a weed root bending the metal into a triangle. Never had a rake bend like that. Cheap quality even compared to Walmart or anywhere. I tried to return it but they said "they" wouldn't allow it because it wasn't really broke just bent. I'm too poor to pay more for a worse tool. Tractor Supply actually honors their warranties. They even asked me if I had a receipt. When I showed they they receipt showing I purchased the rake less than a week before, they came up with another excuse. I'll never go there again. I don't like paying more for a tool that doesn't even last a week.

When i spoke to management i was laughed at and told they wodnt be helping me in any way. If i wanted to i could return lumber a 20% restock fee. My guy drove an hr to get the material. Will never return and will always direct people elsewhere.

All these big box stores are increasingly poorly managed with generally indifferent employees.
