DNA Motor Lab is positively a place you can count on. They have saved my behind a few times. On the recent July heatwave, my bike decided to die in the middle of a busy uphill road. I called around for tow service and was given an ETA of 2 hrs. on average. One call to DNA got me a tow in about 15 minutes with the shop owner (Marcos) on the driver's seat. I was even dropped-off at my place for free. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE, no other description to define the moment. These guys know their stuff. They have serviced my bikes from simple oil and filter changes, electrical gremlins, parts painting, and how can I forget tow service (my second one so far, LOL). If you live close to Hayward or anywhere in the Bay Area, come to this place and discover a reliable moto shop with integrity.
