His assistant was harassing.as stated on the original Asst didn't finish triming & Pickup! I had to pick the remains he left...he sent me texts after they left. The owner didn't want to speak .. on this harassing.. from his asst .. Ignored it. I see .. the responsibility is on you .. mistreating your new customer. 1st time. Here. This is upsetting... I was disappointed that the company never showed up for the job. They gave me an estimate and a date to begin the work, then didn't show up. They didn't call me to let me know they were cancelling. We ended up going with another contractor for our fencing needs, but Metallurgy came out to give us a free estimate and were very nice. 1 star docked for communication. Every time we talked there was a follow up delay. It took over a week for a fence estimate (which included Christmas and the weekend) and there weren't drawings, just a "here's the cost..." text. Super nice guys though, I'm still considering contacting them again for our tree needs down the road. read more

They contracted to do my work and I have it in writing what is agreed upon. They emailed and said they were done and the back was no longer included. Threatened legal action and would not finish job. Be very careful with this company. I am not at all confused. If the cost of the project was more than originally thought and you would have come to me and said that the scope was bigger than originally anticipated I would have renegotiated. Stopping work and telling me you were done and threatening me is not the way to do business young man. Asked for a quote, and gave detail with photos to make it easy to understand. Was told they were pretty busy so they would do a landscaping quote from photos!?!? I know immediately that is going to be inaccurate but high enough to cover for any errors. Like a real estate price by someone that doesn't want to sell "I don't want to do this but if you are stupid enough to throw money my way..." kind of thing. Not impressed, but let's see what they say... They promised a quote by a Tuesday, I reminded them three days later they STILL owed me a quote, and they never got back to me either way. Wrote them off. This hits a pet peeve of mine. I get people can be buried in work or life happens (traffic stalls quote guy, etc). But COMMUNICATE those issues and do your best. Nobody is so busy they can't type a one sentence status saying "we didn't forget about you, we are just swamped, had death in the family, etc". Being completely non-responsive is not acceptable, especially for big-ticket work packages. And wasting my time is going to get called out. read more

This company may not return your calls quickly BUT they will take care of your lawn quickly! You know summer is VERY BUSY.
