She then sat me back on the very comfortable chair and I dozed off as she massaged and gave me reflexology on my feet, which was absolutely wonderful. She had a strong grip and that's my preference. She kept asking me " is this okay this is okay" and of course it was okay so that was a little distracting at times. But she was very sweet about it I was just in deep slumber. I withdrew $240, counted it and put it in my wallet. When I got up from the massage, I opened my wallet and there was only $200 left in there. She gave one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. I mentioned tight glutes and ankle tendinitis, and she worked on both with care. The facial was gentle and refreshing--my skin felt so smooth afterward. My face is glowing! The spa has a cozy, peaceful vibe that instantly puts you at ease. At my first visit, we started with sitting in her office and going over my intake form. We discussed my area of concerns and lifestyle. Such a departure from so many places where the masseuse simply begins her work after a brief greeting and hardly listens to you. Lilly May has a very friendly yet professional demeanor, it's like chatting with an old friend whom you will also totally trust your body with. Her hands skillfully work out the knots (her IG handle is @ifixknottypeople haha) and I feel so much better afterwards. The massage table is very comfortable too, with heating just like fancier places. Such a good therapist is often fully booked, so do make your reservation early. My one little complain is that when making reservation online, I have to pay ahead, and they ask for the tip amount. The first time I was like, I haven't even gotten my service yet, how would I know what to tip? And would I get a bad massage if they don't think I tip generous enough?

To clarify the facts: we did call the business. Because the staff member on the phone spoke very limited English and communication was difficult, we were asked to continue the conversation on WhatsApp. We have call records to prove this. At no point--on Groupon, during the call, or in WhatsApp--were we informed that Groupon vouchers are only valid during certain hours. If "coupons can't be used during peak hours," that policy must be clearly disclosed on the Groupon listing. It is not. Expecting customers to guess undisclosed rules is unacceptable. Instead of being helped, we were treated rudely and told our reservation would not be honored, with no alternative offered. We were also surprised to find that only one staff member was present for a couples massage appointment. When we politely asked for an exception or any solution, we were told directly that they "don't care about reviews." Now, rather than addressing these concerns, the business chooses to publicly insult customers by calling them liars. Businesses are allowed to have policies. They are not allowed to hide them, change them after the fact, or treat paying customers with disrespect. Based on both the experience and the owner's response, I strongly do not recommend this place.
