I am not happy to write this review. I do however feel that I need to share my boarding experience…read morewith you. I left my Goldendoodle with Paws and Brews for a four night stay. I received a call from one of the owners. I was told that Maggie had a little blood in her urine. IK was told that she was eating and drinking just fine. We decided to see how she was in a few hours. When I called back. I was told there was no more blood. I felt comfortable after speaking with the owner. He said he would keep an eye on her. He would let me know if there was any changes. The pictures I have attached are what I saw after getting home with her, Needless to say there is no excuse for the lack of care and concern for my dog. I took her to the vet emergency office. she was diagnosed with a severe and painful bladder infection. I called and told the owner what happened. He was very rude and was arguing with me. They took no responsibility what so ever. BEWARE who you board your pets with. Completely unacceptable.

The food truck was on point, we devoured our food before I could even get a picture and the variety of drinks, beer and non-alcoholic beverages was fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming and super family friendly. If you are looking for a spot to board your pup, dog daycare, dog grooming, drink beer, hang out with friends and dogs or enjoy their trivia on Thursdays; I highly recommend! On the boarding/dog side of things, it is well maintained, the cottages for boarding are spacious and the play yard is a dogs dream come true!

Paradise Pet Resort - Boarding prices are very reasonable compared to other businesses we've seen in the area

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Fake fake fake told me my puppy was too energetic foamy and humped other dogs…read moreasked for video proof because he's never humped ever and I have yet to receive still waiting for a "manager" to call me back. I guess that what I get for a free trial. Luckily he is not injured or traumatized. Just happy to have my fur baby back. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE AND SMELLS LIKE and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES... maybe...? I never yelp review especially not negative but this I had to on principle. Let's see if the manager ever reaches out

Terrible place to have your puppy or dog stay here unless you don't care about your dog or puppy…read more Owner didn't even listen to us and what we had to say. Even though we told him that our puppy, which is 6 month old, should play with the small dogs, ended up insisting that he is okay with the big dogs. Didn't even listen to us. This place is where they cram all the dogs and not enough help.... We left our puppy here for almost a week and we decided to come pick him up to walk him the night before we were suppose to finish with this place. When we picked him up, we noticed his right ear was sticky and funky looking. Upon closer inspection, we say that his ear was COVERED WITH DRY BLOOD! We took him back immediately and the owner and the workers were saying "oh it's just a little scratch from playing. It's totally normal." Bullsht that's normal! WTF! It was a large bite wound and I guarantee that no dogs "play bite" like that! We decided to take him home that day and what really ticked me off was the owner, Jason. After I told him that we will be taking him early, he exploded at me saying "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? FOR A SMALL BITE?" Absolutely not Okay! Have some professionalism! You or your workers didn't even notice it and who knows when that happened! It could have been infected and killed my puppy! Good thing because I would have sued the living shit out of this place if it did... Not okay... My puppy was also not the same after. He picked up so many BAD HABITS from this place! He started biting and barking a lot more and more aggressively after this horrible stay... The bed we dropped off with him smelled like shit after.... All the other 1 star reviews I saw were the same thing! There dogs or puppies got severely wounded or hurt... Overall, if you want your dog or puppy to just be a number for them to cram in, this is your place...

Hayden Pet Medical Center - Terrible splint they gave him one so big it's obvious and he couldn't walk and it came off that next morning

We needed help quickly, so we drove here hoping they could help ASAP, not knowing what else to do. Everyone here was TOP NOTCH. From the receptionist, vet tech, AND veterinarian. In a crazy turn of events, of course, her foot was not bleeding when we got there. In an abundance of caution, we agreed to wrap her foot to make sure it doesn't start bleeding again, even though there was "nothing to see here". Everything about the experience was absolute five star service and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing care for their animals!

The Pet center also sent flowers and a card to our home....I can't say enough about their sensitive and compassionate care.

So torn on how to rate Prairie. They have always done such a fantastic job with our cat, Ruthie and…read moreour dog, Sadie. We have been so happy with them. This last weekend, I was very disappointed that I could not reach them when it mattered most. My sweet Sadie was diagnosed last Monday, a week ago today, with lymphoma. She was put on prednisone, which needs to be given with food. Friday, we went to the vet to get anti-nausea meds because she was having a hard time eating. By Saturday we could not get her to eat and she was miserable. We ended up in the ER vet because Prairie does not have an on-call person we could even just talk to. So, there we were in an unfamiliar place with a Dr unfamiliar to Sadie and us, having to make the most difficult decision without even the opportunity to speak with our vet. I understand vets can't be open all days, but I do believe someone should be reachable for these horrible situations that don't always occur during business hours. You either care about our fur babies or you don't. That care shouldn't stop on the weekends or only be shown when it's convenient. I'm talking about a phone call here....not an office visit. Nothing is convenient about end-of-life circumstances. So, I guess I'll settle on a "3" for the rating. Day-to-day, fantastic...weekends totally out of reach. Unacceptable in my opinion and they totally failed Sadie when she needed them most.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS…read more I was told by their non-anesthesia vet dentist that my dog needs tons of dental work, including 1-3 extractions, and when I got second opinions from 2 extremely reputable veterinarians, NONE of that was true! I almost got scammed into getting paying THOUSANDS of dollars for needless dental work for my dog! Despicable! I will be reporting this to the American Veterinarian Medical Association! I will never go to this clinic ever again! IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: I had to learn this the hard way, but NO accredited Veterinary association recommends non-anesthesia dental cleanings. Only an anesthesia cleaning can thoroughly clean a pet's mouth and detect all potential issues before they become big issues. Beware of any veterinarian who offers non-anesthesia cleanings!!
