I received a call from one of the owners. I was told that Maggie had a little blood in her urine. IK was told that she was eating and drinking just fine. We decided to see how she was in a few hours. When I called back. I was told there was no more blood. I felt comfortable after speaking with the owner. He said he would keep an eye on her. He would let me know if there was any changes. The pictures I have attached are what I saw after getting home with her, Needless to say there is no excuse for the lack of care and concern for my dog. I took her to the vet emergency office. she was diagnosed with a severe and painful bladder infection. I called and told the owner what happened. He was very rude and was arguing with me. They took no responsibility what so ever. BEWARE who you board your pets with. Completely unacceptable.

We left our three large energetic dogs here for 11-days while we went back east two weeks ago. When we first got there, the dogs were all excited to go in and see their buddies. I think Ezra was disappointed because one of his dog friends was not there this time. The staff meets you at a specific time so that you can offload their bedding, toys and food or talk about any concerns and go over feeding schedules. We opted for a video cam as we'd never left them this long...it was only $5/day and fun to time into the pups and see them. We had them bathed this time and they did a great job and it was very reasonable. We have not used them for training yet. Highly recommend all the staff and the facility is state of art. The outside fences paddocks and security is excellent. Dogs are "interviewed" and are allowed to play together in safe groups without fear of attack. If you want piece of mind, Board here.

Excellent experience with Method K9 My Dog did a full board…read moreand train session with Method K9 and well worth it .They exceeded my expectations .Stephanie helped me to understand why he was having issues. For me that was one of the biggest problem .I have grown up with dogs my whole life. But this dog he gave very little cues , at least not the stereotypical dog signs. They taught him respective space which for a dog of his size he really needed to learn.They socialized him extensively which is something that he very much needed ,lots of exposure. I think the most important thing that I learned is what his cues are and advocating for him. Advocating for an animal is not something that is traditionally taught in my experience .But it should be if you want/expect them to trust you . Things like not allowing strangers to pet them unless they desire it ,and even then only when it's an appropriate time and setting. For instance I don't want strangers touching me Lol makes sense when you think about it. Also I learned the power of making him earn his meal.If I can in the future I will continue with refresher classes. Thank you Stephanie and your whole team !!!
