My biggest concern was that I was misdiagnosed, which delayed me from getting the care I actually needed. Everyone makes mistakes, but what turned a bad experience into a terrible one was the complete lack of administrative support afterward. Getting in touch with anyone is incredibly frustrating. Their phone automation system is a dead end with looping recordings, the voicemail boxes almost always full, and it's often impossible to leave a message. Response times are consistently poor, whether you're trying to reach a nurse or someone in billing. The billing department has been one of the worst parts of my experience. I've dealt with repeated billing errors and poor communication. In one instance, I never received a bill for a $30 copay. Instead of sending me a statement or making a simple phone call, the balance was sent directly to collections. Had anyone contacted me, I would have paid it immediately. From my perspective, the administrative side of this practice is badly managed. Communication is poor, follow-up is inconsistent, and resolving even simple issues takes far more effort than it should. I also left feeling that my visit with the physician assistant provided no value, and I got more information from a basic google search. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for healthcare providers, but patients deserve to know what to expect. My experiences were disappointing enough that I have chosen to seek care elsewhere.

For starters they sent my child's medication to the wrong pharmacy that we have never used . That pharmacy didn't have the meds in stock . I called up there first thing and was told they would send it to the right place . I get to the pharmacy and they don't have her script . So I call back . I'm immediately put on hold for 20 minutes and then it hung up on me. I call right back and no one answers . No , I could not leave a message because the mailbox is full . So I call again and talk to reception AGAIN. I'm immediately placed on hold for another 20 minutes . Finally someone gets to the phone and says "they sent the script" I said no , the pharmacy does not have it. Can you please go make sure because my child really needs their meds. Finally comes back to the phone and says okay they're calling it in now. An absolute nightmare just to get them to fix their own mistake . Every time we go I have an appointment and every time we still wait at least an hour to be seen. Walk in's should not take priority over people who made appointments. I should not be waiting close to 2 hours with my young kids to be seen every single time. It should not be this hard to get a human being on the phone and for them to follow through when it comes to sending in prescriptions . An absolute nightmare

He listens to my concerns, he's thorough in his assessment, takes the time to explain in layman's terms what is wrong, has a wonderful bedside manner, and has great medical instincts. In addition to this, his staff is personable, professional, and very helpful. They always make sure I see my dr in a timely manner , and that my medical concerns are addressed , even when it sometime requires a same day appointment.
