Guess they fear the results: this review is for…read morethe Methodist Medical Group facility located at 5480 Goodman Road in Olive Branch, MS: The check in process was excellent, however my appointment was on Thursday morning and was prescribed medication to help with asthma and this drug has not been called in to the pharmacy yet and this review is being written at 12:30 on Friday and they close at 12:00 on Friday. No meds now until maybe next Monday. I also called the office this morning at 7:45 to remind them the medication had not been called in to pharmacy. This is purely neglect from this office. I will not be going back to this facility.

The staff has been replaced with your normal inadequate bunch of losers that most Methodist facilities have. Attitudes are the first thing you get upon arrival and it never seems to let up. I had an appointment for a prescription refill on Friday 2-13-15. It is for a medicine that I take to keep me from injuring humans throughout the day. It is by no means life threatening (to me anyway). I happened to have a pretty bad car wreck on 2-12-15 and I told the triage nurse about it and said maybe he can take a look. She stopped me mid-sentence and said, "Which is it going to be refills? Or MVA? You can't talk about both..." WTH? When did it become this way? What happened to the world when you can't go to the Dr. and talk about oh, everything that is wrong with you at once??? When corporations take over... That's when... I need a new Doctor!
