I had the guys at Madness put a full aftermarket exhaust on the car and install a carbon fiber rear diffuser and other carbon fiber parts on the exterior of the car. Honestly, it was a fantastic front to back experience working with them. They really are great guys that are honest, very professional, and do an outstanding job. I could not be happier with the work they perform and highly recommend them. Great guys!

(Have used that brand in the past and buy them also because they are American made.) Instead I received brake caliper covers made in China, AOOA. I called them immediately after seeing what I got wasn't what I ordered. They encouraged me to try them. But in nutshell they didn't work. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. They instructed me to send them to the manufacturer, on my dime, I might add. They were sent as a RMA and customer service told me to provide them with the tracking number. Which I did. They were received more two weeks ago and I still haven't received a credit. And my inquiries via either email or by calling are not returned. They told me the MGP's were on back order. Apparently, that's why they opted to send me the alternate brand, unbeknownst to me. Any business I've dealt with in the past would have told me the situation and offered me the alternate. Or to cancel the order altogether. For me to even consider buying from these people ever again would be madness.

I bought a vintage truck online from a reputable seller on a popular auction site. The truck ended up being not what was described and the seller enlisted ATX Autosport (local to me) to repair it. The list of items wrong was long and quite ambiguous. It ranged from "vibration under acceleration" to a massive fuel leak to a failing spark plug wire design and many items in between. I was in an interesting position, as the owner of a vehicle but not the client paying for it. I outlined all of the issues and Jason understood that I was looking to have a vehicle that was safe to drive my family around town in. With each step of repair, it required Jason to spend some time driving the vehicle to see what was fixed and what needed further attention. By no means was this a straightforward repair. It took a few months to complete all of the work. Through each step of the way, Jason provided updates that I would consider far above expectations. I felt like he didn't need to do this level of detail on his updates but it proved to me how well my truck was being cared for. Ultimately, the end of our relationship included a less than smooth vehicle transport to my new home, out of state. We had some hiccups getting the right carrier to move it and, again, Jason made it happen. He took extra time to make sure the vehicle was treated right and properly shipped out to me. I am very grateful for him and his team. In this new world of cutting corners and finding ways to pad your bottom line, I'm thankful to find people like Jason @ ATX Autosport. I recommend them, without any hesitation.

From the knowledge to the customer…read moreservice to downright good people, Joe and Jason at ATX Autosport understand what it takes to run a quality shop that an Audi or a Porsche deserve. Their philosophy of working on cars like it's their own resonated throughout the entire time my Audi A5 was in their hands. I brought in my Audi A5 to get spacers installed and to investigate a strange road noise. Joe and Jason were extremely thorough with the diagnosis of the road noise. They attached wireless stethoscopes to each wheel to pinpoint exactly where the noise was coming from. Turns out I had some bad wheel bearings, and they needed to be replaced. Minus waiting on parts to be delivered, Joe and Jason finished work on my car in 2 days, documenting everything with photos and videos. Going above and beyond in communicating every single detail is what I feel sets ATX Autosport apart from the other shops in town. I knew exactly what was going on at any given moment. Jason was also kind enough to do concierge service to the dealership to get my expired inspection stickers replaced. Even if you don't need any work done, I highly suggest just stopping by the shop to look around and chat with Joe and Jason. My overall experience was extremely satisfying, and I will be taking my Audi to Joe and Jason from here on out.

When I picked the vehicle up and drove it home I went to close the door and after touching the outside of the door felt a gritty sandpaper texture over the paint. I started feeling around the vehicle and was immediately nauseated. They oversprayed bedliner on the entire vehicle. Driver front and rear door, roof, hood, fenders, headlights, fenders... everything. I immediately contacted them and left a message explaining the damages. The next day I contacted other bedliner installers, detailers, and a paint shop. All of them informed me that I was looking at a 10-12hr repair involving clay barring, scraping, buffing and polishing. They advised me not to use harsh solvents and chemicals. Other people online that had experienced issues with linex tried denatured alcohol, this did not work. I contracted the corporate linex office in NC to get help. I talked to them for a few days forwarding all photos and videos and a summary of the damage all while waiting to hear from the installer. When I finally got a call back from linex RR after 4 attempts to reach them I told them I was in touch with corporate and Marcus of RR said "well if you did that there's nothing we can do for you" and hung up. In the meantime, to save my brand new vehicle's paint, I paid $850 for a detailed to come out and work on the vehicle ALL DAY with two people and they were able to fix the exterior *mostly*. They were unable to fix the interior (window was left open during install) and now I must live with a ruined steering wheel, center console, and door card covered in gritty adhesive. Both the installer and corporate office refuse to accept damages for the issue. Learn from me and go to rhino or another retailer. They ruined my vehicle and lost a customer for life.

All communication had been via email and I got a confirmation text for my appointment. When the appointment comes around. My wife and I each drove 30 minutes/25 miles separately out of our way during the work day to drop my truck off. The people at the shop then tell me they had cancelled my appointment since they were backed up and stated they tried telling me for many days. They offered a discount for our time wasted and wanted me to rebook for another day. Once we each drove the 30 minutes/25 miles back to work, I checked my email, texts, and voicemails and did not receive any notice that my appointment was cancelled nor moved. I did receive one single missed call 3 days before my appointment but it was from a number that was not listed on the shops website so I did not connect the dots. They DID NOT leave a voicemail nor email nor text stating my appointment was cancelled. I then emailed the shop to discuss the discount they offered me while I was in the shop for my original appointment. Lucy, the office manager, (who was not there when I drove to the shop originally) acted like there was no discount for the wasted time. She acted like it was my fault that she did not leave a single message that my appointment was cancelled and did not even go as far as apologize for wasting my wife and my time during the middle of the work day. I decided to cancel my second appointment. If I couldn't trust them to hold an appointment or honor their own word about a discount, how could I trust them to do expensive work on my truck that could cause permanent damage. I would recommend checking out the Austin location of LineX or checking out some of the Rhino or other bed-liner applications in the area. Save yourself the headache.
