I believe it is good stewardship to take care of what one has. Therefore, it was worth it to me to take my 2018 truck to have it detailed. Being new in the area I researched the best place for detailing. I only went for the exterior service, since I keep the interior clean myself. They did an excellent job. The paint felt so very smooth. And wow, does it bead up in the rain! There is a scrape on the side of the bed that I could not do anything with, but the gentleman who worked on the truck was able to make it not so noticable. Having the truck detailed as regularly as I have it serviced is on my schedule, and I will be back to Go Wash. read more

After I specifically requested no tire shine assuming they'd botch the shine job and guess what they still put the tire shine on left my car sitting for an hour while I shopped then drove home to find my car looked worse then when I took it through the wash black spots everywhere that required a wet rag to get off so if you don't wanna detail your own car find a different shop read more

Staff is rude, and not helpful with service. Trying to align your wheels into the bay the guy working there immediately rolled his eyes when I was attempting to line my wheels into the docking station. Furthermore, I was asking him to allow me time to correct my wheel. He had a very annoyed demeanor that I was trying to reverse, and then realign as if he was not wanting to help at all. I went in for a single car wash in October 2024 since I was selling that car. All went well with the wash but they are now charging me monthly for $19.99. I could not reach any customer service person and at the wash they could not help me. I disputed the charges and GO Wash said I signed up for a monthly service. This is fraud I did not sign up for anything I was selling the car. I had to cancel my credit card and block them on the new one to get the charges to stop. This is fraud and should be stopped. Beware if you go there pay in cash only so they don't get your credit card number. read more

My Mother-In-Law hid $1500 under the driver's side floor mat when we visited them at Christmas. My wife had found it but didn't put it in her wallet. After we got home from having both our cars washed, she suddenly realized she hadn't removed the money and was nervous that it had been taken. She checked and there was nothing under the floor mat. Overall, and adequate Car Wash experience so long as you opt for the deluxe options. It did leave substreaks on my black BMW, which was somewhat unsightly, and the rims were not clean to my liking. Otherwise, the quality of the car wash is generally pretty good and consistent. I do prefer the wash shop locally, but this may be a personal preference. Have taken my vehicles here for a long time. Car wash does a good job but the staff do a great job drying and putting the finishing touches on the cars. EXCEPT this last time.... Took my new Corvette for them to do a hand wash. $75+tip and they did a not so great job. They reused the rags they cleaned my wheels with to wipe away some do the water on the painted surface. I had to re-clean all of the windows inside and out when I got home because they used wet clothes to wipe them down and left bad streaks and dirt residue throughout. The rags they used inside left tons of lint and for all over my interior. I was pretty disappointed and don't think I'll ever have it hand washed there again. I needed to find a car wash and found GO WASH so I drove very confusing so I continued to go toward a line you actually stay in your car so I saw a long line but went quickly. I was approached by a guy who had a broken English lucky I am fluent in Spanish but didn't understand he wanted me to put car in neutral so I did and off I went toward the car wash paid 45 dollars kind of a strange concept then I get it next time prices low and mid and higher depends on how dirty your car is so my car was clean but wheels not cleaned sort of dirty in solace around the wheels. I was expecting a good car wash but got a mediocre clean not too impress for 45 dollars. One pro is if your car get rained on within 3 days you can get a free car wash just exterior nor interior. So I will give it another chance if it doesnt really look clean I will give it up! Happy yelping! read more

I've met the owner, also another great person, he works the car wash alongside his employees. Go Wash is like a rollercoaster that you can go on with your car. The view is nice, since there are panoramic windows on either side, and it's fun to see all the suds and bubbles while you inch your way through the car wash machinery. The basic wash is just $13, and the guys do a good job of getting your interior squeaky clean while you wait in the tiny lobby with comfy chairs. It only took about 15 minutes from start to finish to get my car all nice and clean. The staff was polite and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. No, no, no. This car wash is very convenient for me, but every time I go there the job is less than good. For that reason, I hadn't been in a long time, and was hoping for a good experience today. But, true to form, they did not complete the job. Two men were working on my Prius car, which clearly has a hatchback, and neither of them bothered to open the hatchback to wipe the frame and to vacuum. Really, really annoying! I got a discount right off the bat, very cool for the hard dollars I earn. They don't push any products or services. They do a small prewash before going into a new tech car wash machine.
