I found OfficeLocale and decided to give them a try. Little did I know that this was a one stop shop not just for printing services, but you also get an office space you can rent, P.O. Boxes, and amazing customer service. The owner, Zee, is very informative and charismatic. Has a lot of products to offer that are unique and also standards in the industry. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.

Access Scanning did a great job doing a massive scanning project for my company. They scanned 200+…read morebinders, the contents of several file cabinets, and over 30 boxes of documents, many of which contained oversized engineering drawings. And they did it all beautifully - they followed our naming conventions, made sure the scans were oriented properly, communicated with us if they had questions, etc. They're friendly, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. We will definititely use them again - highly recommend!

I told her I am moving my bookkeeping to someone I can rely on... someone a phone call away. She said over the phone that they're reliable. Maybe we spoke over the phone 4 times during the course of moving my account to them. I said, they're attentive and picks up all my calls. After they received my payment, they don't let you call them over the phone anymore, only via email. And their email is almost like automated, robot-like responses. One time I gave her a call during office hours, she picked up and said she's running errands and cannot attend to me. I asked her to call me back bec I received a letter that looked so important, and she never returned my call nor sent me a text or email. YOu can't count on them, very unreliable.

I had a custom computer part I needed machined out of aluminum panel and found Ray on 100k Garages…read more Most of the other places I spoke to didn't have any idea of the details that I wanted to do. They had all thought I wanted something to be laser cut (straight through). I needed straight through cuts but I also needed "V" cuts for hand braking and counter sunk holes which can only really be done by CNC or hand machining. Ray took a look at my design and understood what I wanted to do. Throughout the estimating process he was very helpful in telling me what could and couldn't be done by machine. I asked for square corners. He informed me there would be a small radius because of the drill bits. And then he offered to file them square for me. His shop is out of his garage but the tool and equipment list I saw was definitely for a professional shop and not a hobbyist doing side work. I sent him a materials deposit so he could get the aluminum I specified and a few days later, I get 2 good copies of my design when I had only requested for 1. Ray says he likes to make a test run and a final run. He also sent me a very obvious test run sample which I assume he adjusted the tooling with to get my good copies. I did get the pieces a few days later than he had estimated and he acknowledged that he was late. Ray deducted that time from my invoice without me having asked for it. Its nice to know that he has high standards for himself. I would definitely recommend having Ray take a look at what you need machined. I'll go to him again in the future if I ever need custom metal pieces.
