The app used to show the name of the station stop a train is currently at. This was displayed to the right of the train number. This information was very useful to understand any delays. This information has been taken away. 2. The app continually and automatically jumps to the ADVISORY / ALERT screen without a user prompt. This is confusing and interferes with using the app.

The announcements are clear and accurate to ensure everyone makes it on the right trains. The station is quite quiet like a library but that doesnt keep this loudmouth from chatting away. There are several outlets to plug in your phones to charge if necessary. There is a coffee shop inside but it was not open on the Saturday or Sunday we were there so it may be a Monday through Friday establishment. Definitely made it easy to travel by train and made this lady whom typically is insistent on driving everywhere more willing to travel by train again in the near future!!

As a functional building, it's a great architectural addition to the downtown Bartlett area. Inside, the spacious ticket window area looks like a great improvement over the old "shack" of a train station. There's also a coffee stand inside the station, though I have to say I'm a little disappointed that the coffee stand across from the old station didn't get the rights to move in to the new station. I'm all for capitalism and competition, but I'm pretty sure the old stand is going to go out of business simply because its out-of-the-way for most morning commuters at this point. I'd hate to see the little guy get closed up. The new station is built on the "inbound" side of the tracks, meaning that inbound trains (headed to Chicago) will stop immediately in front of the new station. In what I can only describe as a lack of common sense, a new outbound platform across from the new station was not built. Outbound commuters are still dropped off in front of the old station another 2-300 yards away. Based on where people choose to park, this means commuters will either have a long walk in the morning from their car to the station or a long walk in the afternoon to get from the station to their car. I get it... all Americans are fatties and we need to walk more, but it seems like the addition of a very simple brick platform across from the new station would have made more logistical sense. Not one or the other was always more reasonable. However once the price was $12 difference when heading to the airport. In my option ride share is the way to go if in the city of Chicago. There are too many issues with parking and the high price that makes it counterproductive to rent. The app functioned well, better in my opinion than Lyft. I utilized Uber around 10-12 times and found on average the rides arrived in under 10 minutes. Some were within a few, but others were longer. The drivers were almost all foreign, but spoke English. They were professional and mostly knew their way around. Few instances of problems that brings the review down a star and a half I would recommend Uber. 3.5 rounding up. Always tip your driver.

When I went to pick up the vehicle, turns out the business doesnt rent to locals. So I could not rent the car. I asked them for my money back and they said I needed to go through the third party I used to make the reservation, which would be Uber. Uber is refusing to refund the money. They kept repeating that the rental company doesn't rent to locals. Ok, fine, I know that now. However, I DID NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE CAR OR USE IT. Therefore I am owed my money back for a car I did not pick up or use. There is nothing in the terms and services that stated the money is non refundable. It's a simple concept: I paid for a service that was not rendered therefore I get my money back. Uber did nothing but just tell me "their T&C says they do not rent to locals" and then tell me to have a nice day. I'm not trying to argue to use the car. I'm arguing that Uber doesn't get to keep my money for something that wasn't used. They've been ignoring me since their last "have a nice day" on the 18th. I've been sending emails almost every day since then and all of them have been ignored. They keep your money when they should refund it, and then they think ignoring you will make you drop it. Give me my money back.

If you see this cab company in your rear view mirror, best to get out of the way or they'll run you off the road. Needless to say, I will not ever call this company for livery service.
