The old system had fobs that they never gave me even though I made 3 seperate trips to try to get it during business hours. Finally with their new system I to a sticker. Unfortunately it doesn't work and they only gave me one when I have 2 cars. City of Evanston will give you tickets for no registration sticker even though its not on the street. Terrible god damm service. Avoid at all costs. Just today they threatened me by forever banning me from the site and screamed at the lady through the payment kiosk help button to not remotely open the gate. He tried to have me login to prove my parking account exists, but the lady was scared of the yelling and opened it. I left screaming out the windows ban me its literally my last day in Chicago. Im moving states and this was part of the reason why To the dickhead screaming at me. 1800143-7403 look it up and feel stupid for a week. Adding on: I called and they apologized saying it was their mistake on their systems. Regardless the disrespect from the employee was insane. Wasn't even clear he was an employee for the first minute of that tense interaction. When they switched to the new system. They tried to look me up and found my monthly account paying $175 a month but still asked me to pay the daily rate to open the gate since I didn't have the sticker. It was literally over $1 they were trying to hassel me over even though I pay $175. In the in between I changed it over to just the single garage (Maple) instead of the 3 car garage. Again over their mistake they decide they'll ruin my mood. Im the last guy to leave reviews especially bad ones but the disrespect left me furious. Again I am not the type to leave a review. Entire life ive only left like 5 reviews. All positive. To that broke boy screaming and malding. I got you on 3 different angles on the dash cam and all of them you look stupid hahaha.

Have edited my review below: I visited close friends and family this thanksgiving and looked up the City of Evanston parking beforehand. City wide, there's free parking on holidays. I parked my car in the lot in thanksgiving intending to stay two full days. On Saturday morning when I went to pay my ticket, I was confused & believed the thanksgiving day discount wasn't validated. I called for help on the ticket machine intercom. The woman on the other side told me that she couldn't do anything, because free parking was only available if I had come in and left the garage on thanksgiving day. So to clarify, I asked, if I had simply left the garage Thursday night and driven right back in with a new ticket, would I have gotten free parking for that day? And she said yes. I tried to protest this silly loophole, but she told me to shut up and pay the full ticket price because that was the only was I was going to get out, and then hung up on me. Now, I grudgingly paid the ticket because I had a long drive back home & reached out to SP+ customer service later. Turns out the discount is factored into the machine, and the associate I spoke to was rude and misinformed. She didn't bother to calculate/explain the pricing, in turn misleading me into thinking I paid more than I should. I'm glad that, nationally it seems, SP+ garages has a good handle on its ticketing machines & pricing, and is not exploiting their customers on this issue. Thanks again for the follow up, I think it speaks volumes for a business to reach back out to its customers.

Midwest SpeedPark was highly recommended by other Yelpers and now I see why. First of all, I love the communication. Upon booking your timeslot, you instantly get an email and text confirming your booking. You can even manage your booking if anything changes such as dates, times, or even if you're running a little bit late. Upon arrival, I love how the property is gated and you cannot get in there without a code. Cool points already as I felt my car would be secure since we had to leave it for 6 days. Once we got there, you scan a code to confirm you're there and an attendant comes out and greets you. He started unpacking our luggage to transfer them to the shuttle that would take us to the airport and then parks our car. You get a receipt to keep. After we got back from vacation and got all our luggage from baggage claim, you simply click on the link that they text you to let them know you're back and they will send a shuttle to pick you up. They will let you know which door to wait at. Once we got back to the Midway SpeedPark property, our car was ready as they already put it near the front, ready to be loaded with the luggage. It was such a seamless process that I was very impressed! I will definitely be using them again on future vacations. Please make sure to tip your driver generously as they do a great job.

Why give me a ticket to enter if I'm not supposed to use it to pay when I leave? I literally attempted to pay and the gate opened. Really frustrating and a ridiculous way to charge people $54.50. If payment has to be made through an app, that should be extremely obvious BEFORE you park.
