Do not go here. The boy at the front desk 'Nick' seems personable and caring IT IS AN ACT, he is literally a con man. They wanted to charge me $330 to replace a wheel stud on my truck, calling around the highest quoted rate was $182. They were going to charge me $1200 for a knock sensor replacement after he quoted me $800. He changed the rate right to my face and patronized me saying "my memory is pretty good" , "it all adds up" Even after all that I agrreed to have the work done, he told me its $179 per hr and it would take all day. I drove by 4 hrs later and my truck had not been moved. He told me another customer in an Audi needed the spot and they would take $100 bucks off if I gave them another day...??!!   I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND AM TAKING TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO WARN EVERYONE, these people are pure scum! read more

Good for oil changes , otherwise they are not any less expensive than any other places I have been to. They charge you for every little thing that should be included in the Service. It's ridiculous. Was very disappointed this time. The same thing happened to me with my inspection. They told me they wouldn't pass it. I needed new tires and my high beam was out on the left side first they were charging me $50 to remove the light and then pay for the new one then they told me it's $2000 to remove the bumper and then over $1000 to put a new panel in. I have change tires at Metric Motors. A week later the car stated to shake when I used the brakes. Two weeks later some noise appeared. I went back to Matric Motors for oil change and told them about the noise. The mechanic checked the car and told that I would have to change the brake pads next oil change. Couple days later another mechanic saw my car. He found that the front wheel on the car is missing one nut and four other were loose. So, the mechanic in Metric Motors either did not notice it or never check it. I have three kids that almost every day in this car. Metric Motors doesn't care if my family gets into an accident. P.S. This is my third time writing this review. It keeps disappearing. I don't know how much it costs to the owners to remove it but I will keep writing it until one of us gets tired. I brought my car in for a knocking sound that a mechanic friend had already told me was my splash guard but he was away and couldn't fix it. So I went to Metric Motors as it's close to my house. In their words they "put a couple bolts in it (the splashguard) to resecure it." They did not replace it. First of all, they told me they had already done the work before consulting with me. Second, they charged me $105 for a job that took five minutes. Every mechanic I've spoken with since has agreed that's absurd. To respond to her ignorant remarks.....a battery that is covered with corrosion is not covered under NYS inspection - it did not warrant letting me know of the issue because it doesn't fall under the "rules" of a NYS inspection. So, if I'm in the car with my kids, in 10 degree weather, and my car won't start, that is not a safety issue. Very scary that such an illiterate statement could come out of the mouth of a business owner. it's called common courtesy and concern for your customers. Asinine. She stated this concern was laughable. I'm laughing all the way to the BBB, FB, and the new business I'm giving my money to, who said Metric Motors is the last place they would recommend. And, btw they couldnt find what was wrong with my car (fairly new) last year. I had to take it to Subaru. Would give a 0 if I could. Sent my GF there to get an inspection on my CRV. Owner failed it due to one backup light being out and recommended a 4 wheel alignment and charged the $21 for the inspection. I went back and confronted the owner to see why they failed it as only one reverse light is required to pass inspection. I explained I wanted to get this situation resolved and I was trying to it peacefully. The owner in the middle of the waiting room then verbally threatened my and charged at me saying to leave before he hurt me. Then had to explain to police the situation to which they were flabbergasted, but there was nothing they could do. This place is notorious for over charging women and recommending services that don't need to be done and won't fix any of your problems. Avoid at all costs. Will never use Metric Motors again. Went in for oil change and inspection. Was told I needed brake pads. Literally took all day because I was told they couldn't get the correct pads for my Chevy Traverse. Upon paying for service, they wanted to charge me over $200 more than what was quoted. Arlene was completely rude to me. I was just questioning why they were charging me so much more for front brakes on my 2 year old car. She was yelling saying if I took my car to the dealer it would be over $1000. No explanation why they wanted to charge me so much more. She acted like they did me a favor. They're the worst. Incompetent, rude and they don't stand behind their work. Examples: I had a ;leaky tire and they could not find it in 3 separate visits. That's Car Repair 101 stuff, air leaking from a tire. I bought a set of tires there, and when some of them started to wear unevenly, they would not honor the warranty, despite the fact that they were the shop I went to for all my maintenance at the time, so they supposedly had done doing tire rotations at each oil change. On another visit, they told me the brakes needed replacing, and I authorized it by phone but asked them to keep the old parts so I could see how worn they were. When I came back to pick up the car, they said they couldn't show me the old brakes because they'd "accidentally" thrown them out. This is despite NYS regulations that say they have to show the old parts to the owner. And with all this, they were often rude and never apologized for obvious errors on their part. Save yourself grief and choose a different repair shop. Many years ago, they were competent and cordial but now they have a bad reputation and deservedly so. I don't know why the bad reviews for them all get the "Not Recommended" grade - they all look pretty darn accurate. read more

New customer to Metric Motors. Brought my daughters car in and fixed everythIng they suggested and then some! Spent a couple grand fixing issues. However NEVER AGAIN!! I had them replace the car battery, five days later the car was dead and not able to jump. So I called Metric and they said to have the car towed to them and we will go from there. That was a Friday afternoon, received a call late Saturday that they were not sure what is going on and that they think it's a defective battery and could they keep the car until Monday. I agreed as I wanted this fixed and running with no problems for my daughter. Monday afternoon I get a call asking if they can keep it one more day to make sure everything is ok. Tuesday I get a call that we can come pick the car up and it's good to go, that they had charged the battery and "observed it" and everything "should be fine now"! So I spoke with the manager and asked about the $220 I had to lay out for the tow and was told there would be no reimbursement because the battery was not defective! WTF! They did the work on the car, 5 days later it's dead and they tell me to have it towed back to them, then proceed to keep the car for THREE DAYS! Then was told by the manager that there is no reimbursement and that he would have to speak to the owner and would get back to me. NEVER HAPPENED! So I guess the $220 was worth more than any future business from myself, friends, family and any one else that I run into. They claim they "treat you like family"! Pretty sad and obvious they only care about one thing! Fingers crossed nothing else happens but if it does I will most certainly steer clear of Metric Motors! BEWARE!!! read more

The absolute worst service. I dropped my car off for an inspection at 8am when they first open! They said it would be about an hour, I confirmed my cell so they would call me and then left because I had to get ready for work. At 10:30 I had still not heard anything so I called them and a rude lady told me that they cannot tell me when it would be ready but probably by 6pm. Cut to 7:15 they are now closed and I happen to drive by on my way home from work when what do I see but my car out front where they normally park them when they are done. With the lights on over the dashboard. I pulled in to not only see that the inspection had been done but the keys were in the car and the door was left ajar. I ended up taking my car because I didn't want it to get stolen. When I called back this morning to pay, I had a lady YELL at me and tell me I am a liar that they did call me and that they were still open when I drove by. She was so rude and disrespectful not even giving me that chance to speak. She asked/ yelled that I never bring my car back there again. You know.....when certain types of people get hit with an unexpected large repair bill, they get angry. They lash out, and might say unreasonable things. Yes, I had an issue with Metric Motors, and yes, I was pretty damn angry about it. But it was an accident and they addressed the issue to my satisfaction. I have and will use them again. One suggestion I would make to them for those who wait for service.....please stop the loop of childish car maintenance/marketing videos in your waiting room. They are extremely irritating. There are few things more irritating than the voice of a ten year old child telling you how to maintain your car. Please stop it, and just turn off the damn TV. read more

Short version:  If you value your life, the lives of your family and your property, stay away from these incompetents.   Also, if you don't enjoy being swindled, stay away.   I took my car to Metric Motors in Holmes, NY to get summer performance tires installed.  I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Stephen who told me to bring the car in and they would order the tires.  I offered my credit card for him to order the tires and to tell me when they would be there and I would bring the care then.  An hour or so later, they said they would be delivered at 11am.  When I got there, I was told by Arlene, one of the owners, that my tires had come in.  I then made the mistake of asking her to have them install my brake pads and rotors , which I supplied.  The price she quoted was $129 and I accepted.   I call back a little after 1 and I am told my car is still outside but Stephen is not sure if it was worked on or not.  He said he would call me back in 10 minutes but he never did.  I call back again close to 2pm and he tells me the tires never came in but they would be there at 3pm.  I call back at 3:30 and the tires are still not in.  They swear my new tires will be on my car first thing Saturday morning and offer the use of a loaner car - a 2000 Toyota Echo with a bad smell and a check engine light (They can't even maintain their own car properly.)  Again, I make the mistake of letting them continue.  The next morning, they do not have the tires and actually tell me there is no such thing as summer tires and that the all seasons are "better" but better than what, I do not know and neither did they.  They then tell me that I need new calipers for the rear, which I firmly believe to be a lie after looking at what they took off my car.  They also let me see the box they came in and they were Duralast, which retail at $85 each and they do not pay retail (FACT.)  They charge me $135 each for them plus another $84 in labor.  Now, it's the next day, Saturday, they are not telling me the tires aren't available at all and that I am just being difficult, "disgruntled" even and that I can take my business for the tires elsewhere.  Again, I make the mistake of trying to defuse the situation and have them find any other summer performance tire, which they (the manager Mike) again tell me there is no such thing as summer, winter or all-season tires.  I get another call later that they magically found a set of General G Max RS tires but can't install them in time so I now need to wait until Monday morning... for tires.    So, I get there Monday to see all the price gouging.  They charged me $260 to install pads claiming that the $129 price is per axel so the price is $260, not even $258.  The calipers they swapped out and charged more labor on, even though there is a labor charge for the pads and rotors, which the caliper has to come off to do anyway!  Yes, doubling down on the labor charges.  HERE IS THE PART WHERE I ALMOST DIED!  I leave, disgusted with their service and what is, in my opinion, thievery because I need to get to work.  While on the Taconic, the car in front of my at one point slammed on their brakes so I needed to do the same.  The problem is, they did not bleed the brake system of the air when they installed the calipers.  Air compresses too easily and must be bled from the break system when replacing the calipers (shop class 101.)   When I hit the pedal fast, my foot went to the floor and the car barely slowed but sure did not stop. If it wasn't for the shoulder, I would have hit the other car and who knows what after.  I had to take my car that night to someone else and got confirmation they did not bleed the system at all.  In fact, they said they do not know how I was able to get there in one piece.    In addition to the price gouging, thievery, lies (SO MANY LIES), the shoddy brake job they also damaged the finish on two of my wheels while installing them.  I also found an employment offering from them on the web offering to hire for $13-16 hour for people with no experience and train them how to mount and balance tires.  No wonder they damaged my wheels. We have been coming over to Metric Motors for many years... I always left pissed off because of their employees rudeness but ignored it thinking they had a tough day and their pricing was good. But then my son told me how rude they are so I started to notice... and much to my dismay, I found these people were super nice to white people... chatting away for tens of minutes but they could not wait to end the conversation with me... And it's not just the employees, recently I interacted with two young ladies who seems like owner's kids. And they were the worst... They misrepresented the facts... i.e. what type of oil is required by what car and without your approval fill the car with the most expensive oil, they arbitrarily deny the coupons... And while I was still looking at the invoice and waiting to talk to the woman behind the counter, she already left! Unbelievably impolite, unprofessional, political and manipulative business... STAY FAR AWAY from metric motors they are crooks and scammers. My fiance dropped her car off for slight auto body work (replace a side mirror and remove scratches). They proceeded to take my fiancés car stating the work will be done in two days not aware that there was an issue going on with insurance the car was there for another week she calls to see the update and the car is still not done Greg try's charging the insurance for the rental because insurance was holding up with payment although when I dropped my car off we let him know there was no coverage for rental he said it was fine and he was doing it out of courtesy which I was thankful for but then got upset because of the insurance issue . Now more then a week and a half gone by and still nothing come to find out they been overcharging her insurance trying to squeeze more money out of the situation. Greg got nasty on the phone with my fiancé stating that and I quote "if your insurance won't pay for the rental I want it back" Then we go to pick up the car and they start taking about sales tax is a certain percent and they charge me the extra sales tax out of pocket. . "Skip the text books and homework and come work for us to start making money". My son is a AP student and on the Honor Roll. He plays flute, guitar, piano and the drums. He is involved in several sports. He also holds down a part time job. I have spent my life pushing and encouraging him for excellence. They claim "someone like you can earn MORE then someone with a college degree." How dare they send this to MY 16 yr old SON...and discourage the pursuit of furthering his education. I have contacted the owner (who signed the letter) in the hope to find out where they got MY 16 yr old SON's personal information as MY SON is strictly limited on SOCIAL MEDIA. My Truck needed an oil change. Metric has serviced my 4 vehicles and I have spent thousands of dollars there over many years... but will never go back. I called them for oil change and they said they were slow and could take me in and out at 4pm. I got there and they did take me right away......as the place was empty......but it took them over an hour to just do oil change. When I gave owner key, I showed owner My $29.99 coupon for "Semi Synthetic OiL " as my 2011van takes 6 quarts of oil , she told me it would cost me a little more. Over an hour ( with almost empty shop) my truck comes out and the Bill was $76.33. I said "what I have a coupon" she told me that it was applied but my drain plug was worn and had to be replaced. Owner said, that my 2011 van was old with 167,000 miles and that they wear out....and I should be happy as Subaru plugs wear out about once a year. I was astounded, surprised , upset ( and now that it took over an hour and was now late for an Appointment ) I QUICKLY PAID THE BILL AND STORMED OUT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. BUT WHEN I GOT ON HOME, 1) I realized I did not look at bill, which SAYS I paid for Full Synthetic ! $49.99 2) I should have asked for worn Plug 3) The engine was replace by FORD and only has 67,000 miles 4) In my life of 71 years old, I have never replaced an oil plug except on my 1998 motor cycle for safety reasons. This is what I believe happened. That the young kid working on my van snapped off plug, they had to tap and die to put new one in, and maybe had to send out for new plug..... which all takes time. Remember that new engine 67,000 miles , has only had 11 oil changes.... so it was not worn. What I believe should have happened : They should have told me (AT THE VERY LEAST ) while I was waiting for van that there was a problem OR THAT THE PLUG IS WORN.... WE SUGGEST REPLACING IT. WHAT THEY DID WAS ; charged me for the expensive oil change, PLUS the 6TH court of oil, and THE PLUG. IT cost me probably around $35 extra (which I FEEL I GOT OFF cheap) as they could even refund all my money but I won't go back for I mistrust them... I dropped my car off this morning at 7:30 and when the sales woman called me at 8:15 she told me they would be pretty busy but assured me that I could have my car back by 2 o'clock. Oil change no major repair! I offered to pick it up at lunchtime if it was not going to be able to be done but she said it was. When I arrived at 2 PM they were just putting my car on the lift and said it would be another 45 minutes. I was not able to wait and I had to go. I was treated rudely and no offer of any consolation was offered like coming in the next day at a designated time. I have been a customer there for over five years and many of my coworkers take their cars there and I can no longer recommend them as a reliable place to get an oil change. If you weren't able to service my vehicle within six 1/2 hours they could have told me any of the two times I called during the day that it wouldn't be read. I would rather pay double the money and not deal with the aggravation that I had today. Never again! read more

I am a 41 year customer... CORRECTION... I WAS a 41 year customer... and giving 1 star is a sham... Metric deserves negative ratings.... I called on Wednesday with the tire size needed for my 2005 Toyota RAV4... I was ASSURED by the owner (Arlene) that 4 brand new Goodyear tires would be ready on Saturday... I arrived on Saturday morning (today) at 8 a.m.... sat there in the waiting area for one hour... only to be told at 9 a.m. that the tires "... were nowhere in the building..." Now, I never thought that I would write a negative review about Metric Motors... but, let's look at some history (that I chose to forget)... I owned a 1987 Nissan Stanza Wagon... which I took into Metric for an inspection... at which I was informed (by the owners son Jason) that the car "would not pass NY State inspection because of a rusted under carriage... I accepted that judgement and was told that Metric would arrange for disposal of the car... months later after taking another car in for an oil change... there was the Stanza Wagon on the lot as a "loaner car"... it was my fault not to question, nor arrange for disposal myself... Next, last April... taking my 2008 Toyota Highlander into Metric for an inspection and oil change... I was called into the work area to be shown that the bottom rocker panel on my driver's side door was off and I was asked by the desk service manager "... have YOU been having trouble with this?..." Upon internet research I found the complaint of the rocker panel on a car door being "popped off" by the improper placement of the lift pads by the mechanic...at this point it is necessary to say that the desk service manager is "useless"... and a bit sarcastic also... So, the bottom line is... after 41 years... I will never seek car service from Metric Motors again! read more

I'm actually disappointed that I have to write this review. I have being going to Metric for several years but apparently that only matters to them if you get more than oil changes there. Let me explain. I brought my car in to get an oil change with a coupon printed from their website. The coupon had the price of the oil change then it said "oil + filter", very vague, no fine print (you can find this currently on their site). When I went to pay for my oil change, I was surprised at the price simply because of the coupon and just had a question about the oil filter and what it costs without the coupon . Instead of explaining the coupon to me, I was immediately met with a rude tone of voice from who I believe to be Mike-we went back and forth for a bit and he came off as completely annoyed that I had a question about the coupon "you pay this every time" "you have to actually read the coupon". In response to that I asked him to please get the coupon so that we could read it together, seeing that he was questioning my level reading comprehension--he got the owner. I told the owner that I have no problem paying what I have to pay but don't appreciate the attitude when I ask a question.That's when she and I started to go back and forth because she said that I was arguing over $8. I repeated that I'm upset because I have a question about her VAGUE coupon and the way that I was treated by her employee.What came out of her mouth next was so unprofessional that I will NEVER give her my business again. She explained the reason for her employee's attitude as follows--"That's probably because you got your tires at Mavis". When I asked her what that has to do with anything, she replied "you could have had your oil changed there and spent more money, but you come here and are arguing about $8". I replied AGAIN that I simply have a question about the coupon and don't appreciate the way I was spoken to by her employee and now her. I reminded her that I have been coming to Metric for years (at least 7) and she cut me off to remind ME that it's only been for oil changes (which isn't completely accurate). In absolute shock at the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism, I paid the price, still without the vague coupon question answered and will NEVER return to Metric. It's my understanding (and family experience) that business is business, customer service is supposed to be polite and that customers should be valued no matter the size of the purchase. This was my second time to Metric Motors and once again I left pleased and happy I went there. The staff is great, they are friendly, professional and really make you feel like they care. They are very reasonable for the work they do and aren't pushy when it comes to other work. It's nice to go in for an oil change and not being told I needed cabin air filters, wipers, tires and etc etc. I highly recommend Metric Motors! read more

On more than on occasion, we have had problems here. "up-sell"on everything , rudeness, shoddy work. My son was quoted $380 , for brake repair work, I thought that sounds reasonable?.....he sent me picture of the quote, BRAKE PADS only and a test drive!!! NO Rotors, NO Brake lines, are you kidding me. How about oil change and they didn't replace the "crush washer, so we had an oil leak. How about NOT tightening the oil filter properly.... huge oil leakage. They are abrupt,nasty, and do not know how to treat customers. When they are asked about specific issues they get very defensive, and are totally unwilling to rectify their issues. A $16 oil change cant even be done correctly. I've been using Metric for small things like oil changes for years because they are conveniently located, but I find them too overpriced and shady to use for larger issues. Today was the last straw. I brought my car in for an inspection and oil change and it passed with no issues. The staff made no comment about the car needing further work. A few hours later, my check engine light went on (strange coincidence?). I brought the car back in to have them look at it and after charging me for a diagnostic, they told me my car should not have passed inspection because the tires are bald and they REMOVED MY INSPECTION STICKER! This is 24 hours after they themselves passed the car on inspection! And do they have new tires in stock? Of course not! The tires aren't even what I went in for, and now I am left with an illegal car and I have to cancel meetings etc. because I can't drive it. We will never be returning. Went there for a full synthetic oil change. Got nothing but a full batch of dirty, used up oil placed in my car. Now I have to spend more money on another oil change. This place is a scam. Currently, my car is no longer running due to the oil. I had visited this location in July prior to my vacation in Miami. I am currently a resident of Carmel.. about ten min down 52. The oil in my car was never drained- my friend recently started dating a mechanic works and looked at my oil for me. You don't have to drain all of the oil to check it's quality and you could clearly see that the oil put into this car was not good quality. One morning my car wouldn't start. Figuring I had a dead battery, I went to the auto parts store (Autozone) and bought their top of the line, high quality battery. Three days later, it was also dead. Further investigation showed that the alternator was bad, so I charged up the battery and took the car to Metric Motors for an Alternator replacement. When I went to pick up the car, the bill also showed that I was being charged $150 for another new battery! When I asked the manager about the charge, he said "We tested your battery, and it was faulty." Mind you they never called to discuss this un-requested replacement! I said "Well that's weird, because that battery was only four days old. Give me my battery back and I'll take it back to Autozone for a refund." The look on his face was priceless as he knew that I knew the jig was up! A few minutes passed and I was told "We can't find it". A new battery that was removed 12 hours ago is now mysteriously lost. By now I was getting angry. "Well you better find it, because I paid a lot of money for that four day old, faulty battery". 30 minutes passes and a man finally comes out, having magically located my battery (was it already installed in someone else's car?!). I pay the bill and leave. At Autozone, they tested the battery before issuing a refund. And guess what they said? "There is nothing wrong with this battery. Whoever told you it was bad is trying to rip you off!". A direct quote. So I marched back to Metric Motors and again spoke with the manager. He gave a very lame excuse about battery testers and agreed to put my non-faulty, new battery back in and refund me for their scam battery. For the record, my "faulty" battery is still in the car, working just fine. The moral of the story is that METRIC MOTORS ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY RIP-OFF ARTISTS. They pad the bill with unnecessary parts, assuming that the consumer is too stupid to know or check. How many perfectly good batteries have been replaced because Grandma or some young kid took their word for it? From their fancy building on the I-84, I am guessing a LOT. If you want an honest mechanic, look elsewhere. If you want to pay high prices to have perfectly good components replaced, Metric Motors is ready to take your money. read more

Long story short, many years ago took my sons car in for a inspection. The service manager told me I needed a whole new muffler system and it's stainless steel so it would be expensive . The price was really high, when I said how can you tell that I need a new muffler system when the car was not even put up on the lift? He said I can hear it! I took my sons car nest where I work and one light bulb later got the inspection. He had the car 3 or 4 more years without having to change the muffler. Never went back. read more

Been going there for very minor things over many yrs because I find them overpriced and they do NOTHING as a courtesy for returning customers . 25 $ once to fix a flat for example of overpricing! You cannot buy your own parts if that's what u tend to do ! So your price will increase there also! Have some people there who are courteous but Mike has a tendency to be rude in a very FAKE nice way ! That doesn't get by many people! Bottom line ... I find them expensive! read more

I had to make a completely New Review! This place is awful ! The customer service...has gone right out the window. The only reason this has a star is bc of Domenic! He has always been nice! but Jason (he's vertically challenged ) is rude, sarcastic ! Complete Jack*ass!! Only reason why I have checkin's here is bc of my warranty! But otherwise they will never see our Cars here for service. They lie lie lie! On their website they say they offer loaner cars. there been too many times where I've had to rent my own car because they didn't have a loaner car available and also because they couldn't get the job done because the mechanic had to leave early (he had no sitter) and they gave me bullshit about why the job couldn't be finished so finally they called me because they got a loaner car (after 3 days of renting) so I returned my rental and picked up this loaner car. in the morning is when I noticed the clumps of animal hair all through the backseat, on the floor and the passenger seat it was disgusting !!! you just want to puke! So GROSS ! Another time they put my car on the lift in a way it wasn't supposed to ! And of course there was damage on my frame I took pictures and showed it to them with the car on the lift and even then they said that didn't happen there and never took responsibility. Once the car was off the lift it took the weight off and the damage wasn't as substantial but please don't say that picture wasn't taken here!I guess because Jason is so vertically challenged he could never reach the truth! I had my AC compressor done here for over $1000 and within three months I'm back to having it replaced I have a year warranty but I can already tell that I will be back A third time before the summer is over! read more

Wish they were better. I used to go there years ago and received inconsistent service. A lot of repairs that were done I had to come back and get fixed over and over again. I was young, so I don't know if it was me or them? It's been over 10 years since I went there and I figured I would try again. They are so close to me and I pass it everyday. I went for an oil change and I was completely out of washer fluid. When I was driving home I noticed I was still out, had to drive back and get it filled. I went back a few months later for an inspection, figured the windshield washer was an honest mistake. I was having a problem with my passenger headlight. It was really foggy and was only producing a dim light. Not enough to drive at night. I asked them to take a look and see if they could fix it. They said it was fine. It really wasn't fine. I had it replaced by someone else. The people there are always nice and you always see one of the owners. They waiting room is nice, but sadly, I still don't feel confident going there. If they missed something as simple as washer fluid and a headlight, what else are they missing? 2 stars - One for location. One for being nice and friendly. read more

I brought my car in to have my bent rims repaired, very happy with the outcome, Greg was the rep I dealt with he has exceptional customer service skills! The other man behind the counter however not so much lol. This is a very busy shop not everything will be done to exact schedule so hopefully people will be patient and understanding of that. If I could leave a negative 1 star I would! This lady Arlene is a complete nightmare that wouldn't even let me explain our issue without her hanging up. (twice). This repair shop reported the wrong vin number to carfax (ours) and not just once, but twice! They used the wrong vin number when reporting a repair and now it appears as if our odometer was rolled back. (huge black mark on carfax) She claims this was 7 years ago and not her problem. We've never even been to her garage nor do we live in the area! Absolutely refuses to help us settle this with carfax. Arlene, I hope you're reading this. You can not make an error like this and "wipe your hands" and walk away because its a complicated matter and "you're busy" completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You don't hang up on people that are just trying to get your help to fix your mistake. Unbelievable. read more
