Fixed a curbed wheel and a curbed, dented, cracked wheel. Great pricing, OEM looking finish! Highly recommended.

I spoke to Nick an while back and decided to get all five of my rims reconditioned. The driver,…read moreMatt, came down the following day and quickly put my car up on jacks and removed the tires. The next day Matt returned and informed me that two rims suffered some damage in transit- he installed 3 tires and returned to Newburgh. The following day a pleasant gentleman returned with the remaining two rims and tire- quickly completed the install. They're a little behind the times technologically speaking in terms of payment methods but it is what it is. As of yet I still have not received my receipt that was promised to me- that would be texted. I just returned from a quick test ride and I can feel the difference in my ride. Armani Wheels was able to remove the curb rash completely, straighten the rims, and make repairs to a crack in another rim. I am satisfied with the work.

So long story short do not go here after hours. I thought I…read morehad a bent rim but the people there said that the rim was fine and that it did not need to be repaired. They told me the weights just came off of the wheel. I had new tires installed and I guess the weights just came off of that wheel. So with that he balances the tire for me and when he's done he tells me 50$? Im not one to negotiate with an employee so I pay him the 50$ Probably just went right into his pocket. Not a fan of being ripped off. I let the owner know a few weeks later. Not sure why I waited but half embarrassed and half life. I really had hoped of finding a new spot to get my wheels done. The place I used to go was just a total ripoff but it was close to me. I looked for a new place instead of driving to the Bronx. I called the boss and he was very accommodating letting me come after hours. Not a great idea. I guess I'll go to the Bronx next time. Unfortunate for all parties.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mavis Tire in New Windsor, NY, and I won't be returning…read more I made an 11:00 AM appointment on Friday, July 3 to repair a slow leak in my front right tire. A simple tire repair should not have taken 2 1/2 hours, yet that's exactly how long I was there. What I don't understand is why the technicians spent time opening my hood and inspecting mechanical components that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I came in. I wasn't there for a vehicle inspection or maintenance--I was there to have a tire repaired. My tire should have been fixed promptly, especially since I had an appointment. To make matters worse, I was charged $43 to repair a tire with a nail in it. Most reputable tire shops charge around $20 for a standard plug-and-patch repair. The biggest disappointment came a week later when the tire started leaking again. I had to take my vehicle to another tire shop, where they repaired it correctly. While waiting, I also noticed that the customer experience left a lot to be desired. The restroom was dirty, the waiting room had uncomfortable chairs, and the television was broken, making an already lengthy wait even more unpleasant. So, after waiting 2 1/2 hours, paying what I consider an excessive price, sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room with a dirty restroom and broken TV, and then having to pay another shop to repair the same tire correctly, I have to ask: Why would I ever go back? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
