The store manager Tom is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He knows what he's talking about and can always point you in the right direction. The showroom up front features all of the sound equipment and there's a lighting room in back to show off all of the awesome fixtures they have. I was very happy with a recent rental of a subwoofer and mixer. The cost was reasonable and they reviewed the item checklist with me when I brought it back. If you can get out to 14 and Dequindre, do it. It's worth the trip.

Their technical support is stellar so I guess that is a trade off, but the customer service is not Sweetwater level at least not yet which is an extremely high bar. They do have gear that no one else carries which is a plus.

Well, after, almost 3.5 weeks of waiting, I called to check in. They explicitly said, "Oh I was meaning to let you know. We can't fix your deck anymore. We ordered a wrong part and can't find the correct one, and now can't fix it. We're sorry you brought us a deck that is in too poor of condition to be fixed.
