I had a myriad of…read moreproblems with them, including they misrepresented his age, refused to give me his vaccination or microchip records during the trial home period so I could get him socialized and even after I paid the adoption fee and made multiple requests, a week later I've got nothing. So in addition to a very expensive adoption fee, which I was fine with assuming it went to these dogs care I had to pay to re-vaccinate him for everything. I also had to get the stitches, removed that nobody even mentioned to me from his neutering. They told me the dog I was getting was potty trained. He was absolutely not. I feel lucky. I got a wonderful dog who I adore, but I wish I had read all of the reviews about this organization and how disorganized and non-responsive they are unless they're looking for a payment, in which case they become a downright bully and actually threatened one of the other women who I met during the pick up. It's very unfortunate as these dogs very much need homes. I just cannot recommend this organization in anyway.

Why did I not even think about coming to Yelp before even trying this place? I couldn't be any more…read moreirritated. I inquired about a kitten on May 28th and I did not hear anything. I had to have surgery so I waited a couple weeks and I got back on their website and I noticed that this cute little kitten was still there so I figured it was meant to be and then filled out a long application process, and they started calling my references right away. They called my vet clinic. They called my references. They even text me and let me know that my references were great. I let them know that we have been doing our own vaccinations here at home and then after that it went silent. This was a Thursday Friday came and gone. Saturday came and gone. Sunday came and gone, which was Father's Day but rewind back to Saturday evening I checked my email I noticed in my email the cat that I had inquired about had been removed from their website and I got a email for it. On their website that says that their application process takes many days so I thought it was weird that the kitten had been removed, but I thought they were removing it for me so nobody else would inquire about the kitten and they would call me on Father's Day Sunday came and went and I didn't hear anything so I messaged them first thing Monday morning. Keep in mind that anytime I heard anything from any of them. It was strictly by text message. No phone calls. Nothing constant text messaging asking questions and we verifying all of my information the Thursday before. Her message to whoever it was I think her name was Tracie for 2 1/2 hours. The only thing I did not have was that records of a wellness check every year for my pets otherwise I told them I had been doing our own vaccinations at home, which was very common. We have lived in our home for 10 years. I have four pets currently and my past pets have lived very full lives and long lives and because I do not have wellness checks for my pets in the last couple years documented, they denied me this pet and adopted it to somebody else Saturday and then offered me another kitten and then denied me that kitten because of the wellness checks and keep in mind that one of the vet clinics that I used to go to is no longer open. I hope they know this is why they have horrible ratings. This kitten could have had a great home. They didn't ask me about any aftercare what I I plan on doing with the kitty what I plan on taking them to am I going to microchip them? Do I plan on doing any dental work? Do I plan on doing any extensive treatment with them? How am I going to stimulate them what kind of food am I going to feed them? Nothing they asked what I've done in the past. Never adopt from here. 3x they messed up makes me super sad. Then they had the balls to tell me don't take it personal. It's just what our team decided to screw your team.

I held her and knew I wanted to take her home. I was provided a reasonable sum of money to adopt her and decided to proceed. when I asked what the process would be another employee came in at which time the process was reviewed and I was told the cost would $500 for her (she was a pup)! this was way outside my budget and I certainly would have said yes knowing the outcome of pocket. when my daughter and I mentioned that was not the price quoted we were told that there was nothing they could do. so I left. 1 hour and tears later I turned around and spent money I shouldn't have. "nova" was anticipated to be a small breed (24 pounds or less) wiener mix. Fast forward. "Nova" is now Magnolia/Maggie she is 35-40 pounds and shows every trait of a coon hound. Ending: over paid for a puppy after being quoted a lower price (yes I went back and paid it) that is bigger then I wanted and a breed that doesn't really work in an office due to the whining, howling and need for activity. oh and did I mention that they forgot to send her home with meds for after spay and wanted me to drive back from Yelm to Auburn? nice facility. disorganized. Not willing to follow through in incorrect pricing quotes.
