Throughout the entire process, Sean was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to pair our new iPhones with our other devices (including our Apple Watches) and made sure every setting was correct. What impressed me most was how meticulous he was in transferring all of our data and ensuring nothing was missed. Switching devices can be stressful, but Sean made it seamless and easy. If you need someone who truly cares about getting things right, ask for Sean--he's awesome!

I went to another T=mobile store and the staff was very helpful and respectful. I am considering changing phone company if T=mobile have tolerance for this kind of low behaviors.
