By far the worst customer service I have ever received from any T-Mobile store. Only 1 or 2 guys working the front at a time. And G-D forbid there's even 1 person in the store when you arrive because they will take FOREVER to get to you. Store is ALWAYS empty, yet ALWAYS busy. IDK what they do here. Employees here are SO lazy. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. It could save you HOURS of your life. read more

Haven't done a review in a while but I'm back!! And this one gets 5 Stars. My wife has had issues with her iPhone 7 for a while. It turns off on its own at times and random app updates everyday. We decided to take the phone to this location to get it replaced. We were helped by a great representative Wilbur. He examined the device to make sure it passed inspection to do a swap out. It passed inspection. We did have the phone sent to a store closer to our home in Woodbridge va and it was NOT a good experience. When we got to the store to do the swap out they stated they needed to do another inspection on her phone. The representative showed the phone to all the employees and they told us they would have to have their manager inspect it because it has a crack/slight blemish in the phone -_-.(* picture attached). Long story short even tho I said a lot already lol, the phone was never dropped and looked exactly the same as it did when Wilbur inspected the phone. We decided to call this store and have the phone shipped here. The transaction was a breeze, no hassle! I would recommend this location to anyone. Ask for the big homie Wilbur read more

I haven't done a review in a while, but my wonderful experience today definitely merits one. My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones and I prepared myself for what has historically been a dreadful experience at other TMobile locations. I armed myself with a tote holding a newspaper, novel, large Pellegrino, and was preparing for a terribly boring afternoon. I was however pleasantly surprised. Yaw was absolutely delightful. He and the manager (whose name escapes me but was part of my Peloton family) were so friendly, helpful, and kind. It was a great experience! read more

Wow! We had one of our phones stolen and came into this location literally 10 minutes before closing. When we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Wilbur. All of the associates were clearly busy but made it a point to let us know they would be right with us. As soon as Wilbur was available he came over ready with a smile. He did not make us feel rushed even though by that time they were closed. He even discussed phone cases and additional benefits on our plan. He was incredibly friendly and informative. Today I received a level of customer service that anymore these days is hard to find. Way to go T-Mobile for your employee amazing people like Wilbur. Absolute horrible customer experience and three clueless workers who each contradicted each other and only seemed focused on getting Pandora to play thru the store loud speakers. Didn't know their products and gave bad direction to me which caused me to drive to two stores and finally spend an hour on TMobile customer service canceling the account/phone number that I only had for 5 hours because of the horrible, disinterested customer service. Getting cell services changed in the past has taken well over two hours and a lot of hard selling. Not good experiences. We've been with Verizon and more recently AT&T. My husband and I had service (only the two of us) and our bill was close to $200 with AT&T. It came time to add our sons and all I could think of was I was going to see a $300+ monthly bill. I looked around a lot and saw that T-Mobile had good offerings and that this store had good customer service. The reviews were not wrong. We were helped by Kei M. Excellent service. Super knowledgeable and a great guy. He didn't even make fun of me (like my two knucklehead sons did) when I kept referring to the iPhone XR as X instead of acknowledging that it was the version 10 - some of us failed when it came to Roman numerals in school, OK? Anyway, he got up and running in a little over an hour and that included the time that another team member drove to another store to get us 3 XRs since they didn't have them in stock. Our costs are great even with 3 new phones and the service we received was exceptional. read more

I loved the customer support at this store. I was working through an issue that resulted in them giving me a ton of their time. Junior and Jose were incredibly helpful in providing me with answers that others stores were unable to provide, and patient as I gathered the account information needed for them to resolve everything.
