This review is long overdue…read more James installed our Sonos system at our home in Ashburn shortly after we moved in back in July 2014. In addition, he installed our new flat-screen TV -- coming up with a custom solution that worked perfectly. He also did some troubleshooting on our CAT-5 ethernet and installed wi-fi routers throughout the home. Last but not least, he managed to resurrect the in-home speaker system which had been dormant for 5+ years. The home came equipped with ceiling mounted JBL speakers in 3 rooms, but the previous owner never managed to get them working. James removed the antiquated / non-functioning receiver and equipment from our media closet, and replaced it with a Sonos system -- and breathed new life into those JBL speakers. Now we enjoy Pandora, iTunes, etc throughout the home. James is amazingly resourceful, shows up on time, does great work, and always can be counted on to return a call. His professionalism and attention to detail are beyond reproach. We're doing a porch, deck, and pool addition right now, and I will be 100% calling James to help with our outdoor hi-fi / wi-fi needs.

They had three employees working while my mom and I visited. They were preoccupied but one employee said hello. So we patiently waited our turn. After 5-10 minutes one got done with a previous customer and assisted us. The employee who assisted us was Matthew. He was efficient in transferring my mom's old phone's data and contacts into a new iPhone. My mom was happy that it was a easy process. Side Note-Get value for your money and check out the phone plans. If you have a plan from multiple years, see what's out there and what you can get from it. What won me- TMobile gives data coverage etc when you are visiting other countries and you don't have to pay extra for international data usage. ~

I was lucky enough to be served by Delonte' W. who quickly confirmed the issue and not only provided a new SIM card but also replaced the old one, tested it out and set up everything on the T-Mobile Life app so it would work as soon as I got home and plugged it in. I highly recommend going to this store for your T-Mobile needs and after only a few days of use of the 5G Gateway, can strongly recommend considering it for great speeds (even where I am using it in the mountains) and reliable connectivity at an excellent price.

Worst experience with any kind of utility ever!! Had service hooked up Jan 6 and it worked for…read moreless than 48 hours... had a service tech out on Jan 9 and he replaced the equipment. That time the service lasted less than 5 hours. I cancelled the service that week and switched to Verizon. I returned the modem I had on Jan 13. Then I got a bill for $108 because of the set up fee and "service period". I paid it just to not have to deal with them any more! Now 6 weeks later I'm still fighting a charge for equipment they say I didn't return, but it's the modem the technician took back with him during the service call but he never left me with a receipt. I've had no less than 1 call a week and multiple emails and even the text service. Each time I'm told it will be cleared and then the next week I get some form of a reminder to return equipment or pay the $240 fee. Now several weeks and multiple calls later I FINALLY am told I need a ticket to open a case... so the saga continues...

This is the worst possible communications company. They over sell their capabilities. They lie. I just had a class that had to be cancelled because the internet was down, but they claim they charge the ridiculous amount that they do because they are providing better service than what is provided to residential customers. They trap you in a contract that you can't get out of without paying the full price of the contract. I've never heard of any other company doing that. They know their service is bad. They trap you so that you have to stay stuck with their crappy service. As soon as I can afford to get away from them, I am dumping them. I'd be willing to bet if they told their customers they were released from their contracts, most of them would run as fast as they can. Do yourself a favor, don't sign with cox. They are overpriced, they over promise, and then you're stuck. I regret it everyday single day.
