They did finish, got paid in full But never had the work inspected by the county, they did obtain a permit. Home Inspector when we sold 2 years later asked for concession. Thank you for not returning my call. I was looking for a new plumber and gave this company a call on a Wednesday. A representative did pick up the phone and promised a call from someone that day. Have not heard from anyone. Tried to call again the following week, left a message and still, 2 weeks later, no return call. Disappointment. No problem with their service. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They called (as they promised) to let me know they were on the way. Great so far, right? However, they were in my house less than 40 minutes to snake a clogged drain and the bill was $360.00. I'm sorry, that is absolutely outrageous! That works out to an hourly rate of over $540 per hour!!! I'm a very highly paid Cloud computing consultant to some of the biggest companies in the world and I don't get anywhere near that rate. Worse, when I called to complain, the lady (claimed to be one of the owners) told me that they "flat rate" their snake services...anywhere from $350.00 to $475.00. Sure would have been nice if the gentlemen that I made the appointment with would have told me that....I would have told them not to bother coming out for that price! I called and left message for quote and availability along with a text to a different company who originally came out and told us basement extractor pump was dead. They were unresponsive after five days. I found C & C Mechanical after Google search. Guy I spoke with sent Jeff to our home first thing in the morning. Jeff showed up promptly and professionally set out to do the tasking at hand. He noticed we had a slow tub drain so removed the block and replaced a leaking flapper in the tank. It is a dirty job but Jeff kept the area clean and did a great job. My wife was pleased with the service we received and will contact C & C Mechanical for future plumbing needs. read more

Wow, where do I begin. This company only cares about their bottom dollar and not the customer. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I hired the company to do a new construction project for a custom home and the problems began from the beginning of the project. First problem, they took a drain line through the supply pit. Not huge problem, but ended costing me more in concrete to work around the line. Second problem, they took the water supply lines for the toilets up up through the floors, rather than the walls. Not a huge issue, but cleaning a floor supply line in a bathroom isn't what I wanted to do. I asked them to move them, and I got the "you gonnna pay us to move them?" (This is a $25K project mind you). I moved them myself in less than an hour. Third problem, the valves to the showers were not recessed into the wall at the correct depth, the result is that the tile had to be cut larger than needed and the escutcheons didn't sit against the tile flat. Had to pay a caulker to fix. Next problem, installed the dishwasher incorrectly. Brought a supply line through the side rather than the rear, cracked a water valve, needed a service call to replace. Cost me a service call. Next up propane appliances. Didn't install regulators at each appliance, per county code, stove and water heater not working. Charged me to add the regulators. Installed water heater set for natural gas, we have propane. I had to call to get them to come back out, they came back out, converted the supply lines but didn't flip the dip switch to change to propane. They are not equipped to instal gas. They do not have the equipment to test gas flow so I had to pay someone else to come out. During the entire process, I was told that I wasn't ready for them to come in and complete the project. They were the last contractor get final approval. I would stay clear of this company. They are completely incompetent, not to mention the owner is an arrogant you know what. read more

No water pressure in my house at all; had no running water. C&C was able to send someone out the same day I called. The tech called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Needed a new well pump. He and the plumber were a great team. Worked efficiently and finished the job in the time estimated. Everything works perfectly now. So thankful they were able to help me out so soon!! read more
