It took the guy 2.5 hours to process the transaction , and it was not difficult our order was already in the system. had to go find a bathroom , as they don't have any for customers onsite. Then when I also mentioned I was going to take a walk outside because they were taking so long the guy complained and told me I cannot go inside and outside so many times ( 2x) because it messes with the door counter. Then they guy processes a return ship kit to be mailed to my house so I could do the cell transfers at home. after 2 weeks I still did not receive it. I called to get a return kit and another week later still nothing in the mail. I just now called this location to see if I can just drop this trade in phone and he said NO, because they don't have labels. I am about out of time to return the trade in and have no way to return it. This switch has been a horrible experience. And the iphone16 sucks (the audio sucks, the words/icons are to small for over 50 year olds - I did ALL the adjustments possible. the iphone12 had the correct sizes for old eyes). No idea why the process took so long , the guy kept doing things on the computer and retrying and getting codes from his manager. I was very nice and patient with this process , so it wasn't because I was a bad customer.

First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! Good: Came on short notice, showed up on time, good communication throughout…read more Bad: Destroyed my nearly new vacuum cleaner and put it back like nothing was wrong and didn't mention it. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.
