Used this company as a first time veteran home owner and first responder, and they were a absolute…read morenightmare, they missed multiple issues a inspector should of noticed to include a fist sized hole in the roof, a rotted structural super gutter, and excess moisture in the walls. After contacting the company to make it right the owner met with me at the house and saw the faults and agreed they should've been noted. The owner told me he would pay for the issues to be fixed then blocked my number the next day. Every time I called the company and asked to speak with him he would be on vacation for months. This unqualified company should not be responsible for inspecting your home and they should not have your trust.

They first tried to pawn it off on the inspector that they gave us leaving the company. We found out he had left on his own terms (not fired) before our discovery. Your company still should have stepped up and yet we were ghosted. According to their contact, They legally were only on the hook for just the cost of the inspection and they didn't even have the decency to refund that. Sub-standard work and Zero integrity! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. *Why the review 8 years later* - Now that we are selling, the buyers inspector just found cloth wiring as well as some other expensive items that need to be addressed from the original home for insurance issues - nothing like ripping open an old wound open. Everyone makes mistakes at their job, but these were BIG ONES here. The fact that you all never made good in any way and stopped taking our calls is your largest mistake in my opinion. Unscrupulous.
