Through it all she handled herself gracefully. She even encountered a very rude customer at the same time making me feel like she was still here with me. Having been a Manager myself I can tell you firsthand it's not easy. You need patience and if you want to be a good Manager you have to display kindness to your customers and staff. For what I can see (and I was there for 3hrs, not because of them but because I had an old phone that hasn't been backed up since I got it) Ms Ramiya had both.

Our current IP Phone System through Verizon could not do this. We panicked and immediately had to buy recording devices to attach to our phones, which was impractical. We called Lighthouse, explained what we needed, and they proposed the perfect solution. Within five days, Lighthouse installed our new IP phone system. Tom and his team installed the new IP Phones and trained our staff. Since the system was installed, we needed to retrieve one of the recordings; within 10 minutes of our request, we were able to hear and read the recording. After they cashed the installation and set up check they have been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. They have schedule 2-3 appointments to help us with technical issues and no showed/no called. The fax line they were supposed to install has never worked. Its been 3 months and they still have not fixed this issue. Today Tom the owner said he would send a tech out at 2:30pm, no one showed up or even bother to call or cancel. Horrible customer support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The black guy with bald head there really could have cared less that I was standing there for 20 mins with no update or anything. There was a female there as well , but guess she couldn't help either. This should have been my queue to leave and never return. I came back because I still wanted to get a gift for my daughter. 2. I came back and ordered what I needed from Sean. He was great and I placed the order to be delivered in the store. While looking on the internet I saw they had a newer version, so I wanted to get that one. I called Verizon customer service and was told the first product would need to be cancelled at store; they were kind enough to transfer me to the store. Once the phone was connected, I could hear a female and males cursing, all these MF-ers and baby mommas, it was just ridiculous. After sitting on phone for 12 minutes (by my call log) it was after 6pm and they were closed. I could hear the female move closer to phone because she was talking loud and she hung up the phone. I called back and the male was beyond rude telling me they are closed and it was nothing he could do; probably the same nonchalant gentleman from 11/12/18. Totally condescending, horrendous customer service. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Only reason I went through all of this was for my child. Other than the time with Sean, this was an entire disgrace. And please miss me business rep with your apologies below, there is no way that you don't know how these employees act.
