Also, the manager had real patience because I had questions, needed clarification, and definitely had a mini breakdown (don't judge me, lol). Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated because when I had issues with my apps after the upgrade, the manager stepped in and helped me get everything sorted out. THANK YOU!
