I suggest this find another location if you go in and there's only one person and there's a line cause you'll be waiting for two hours. They don't greet people when they come in or acknowledge you're there and when it's your turn, you get a little bit of attitude. We enjoyed the T-Mobile service. It is more affordable than the other services that we've had the customer service on site isn't always that great. I always try to handle everything self service but sometimes you just have to have a person to help out.

I later looked at that product and saw there was a warranty with them and would have replaced $250 for a lost or broken phone. Our phones were not even on the list. I have called corporate, talked to the manager and nothing, no help, just looked at us like we were old dumb people. After losing a phone we had to go back to them due to a 2 year contract. Luckily this time we were aware of the type of people they are and after negotiating got what we came for. All in all we were ripped off for approximately $650. BEWARE!
