The gentleman was very helpful in assessing the problem, but unfortunately her phone is "software locked" and cannot be repaired. We had actually stopped into the AT&T store in the same plaza and when I mentioned the camera was having some issues the AT&T rep recommended checking in at the phone repair place as they send all their repairs over here as well.

It took a while to get these 3 pieces of equipment to speak to each other & work together productively but after about 30 minutes VOILA! Once basic services were restored Roy went thru everything & optimized other operations. He asked if we understood everything & if there was anything else we'd like him to look at, but we were in shock he was so helpful & nice. We spoke on the phone, and that same day he spent an hour with me looking at my Dell and discussing exactly what I needed and wanted. I left my laptop overnight and he worked his magic! The next day he came to my home & we spent another hour reviewing the changes. That's quite a lot of time and his price for service was outstanding. Now the my laptop is as good as or better than anything I was planning to purchase at Amazon's much touted sale. My sweet Dell just needed an adjustment or 2 or 3. It's never been so fast, affordable and convenient. I've made a new friend and now have a tech that I trust and will always be calling JB Computer Services for my computer needs!

Knowing I was on a tight schedule, I called the store the day before to confirm my order would be ready and again first thing in the morning before heading out, just to be sure. On my second call, the person said they didn't my order. Didn't ask for a number, just "it's not here, we don't have it." After providing my order number and confirmation, they finally located it and assured me it was ready. However, when I arrived, the employee couldn't find my prints--because they hadn't even been printed. To make matters worse, she gave me attitude about the entire situation. I won't be returning to this store--or any Staples--because I've had far better experiences with printing at Office Depot.
