T-Mobile Authorized Retailer - I'm getting my first magenta bag! - Mobile Phones Near Me - Deland, Florida

Back in May 2021, I canceled my T-Mobile account and paid off all of my remaining balances. I was told by a T-Mobile representative that I had no remaining balances and everything was cleared. Four months down the line , I received a bill from T-Mobile saying that I owe $300 for an account and a phone number that I had never used and was not aware of. I took that bill down to a physical T-Mobile store and they pulled up the account and they said that if there was no usage to just call T-Mobile customer service and they could take care of the dispute and get it removed from my account. I called T-Mobile and multiple times across a month span I was told that they would get back to me and that they had notes in the account and that they would take care of everything. I then kept receiving bills in the mail for a late bill that I had never used. I continued to call T-Mobile and they continued to give me the runaround. My bill was then sent to Amsher collections. I was told by a male representative that he would handle the dispute send it to T-Mobile and that I am sure would be contacting me whenever the dispute was done. I received a phone call saying that that mail representative is no longer with the company and that he gave me and misinformation  about the dispute and that I now have to file a dispute myself. My account has been moved into collections, it was damaging my credit and I have been given the runaround by not only T-Mobile employees as well as an amsher employee for an account and a phone number that has never been put into use and is not authorized by me. I was told on multiple occasions if there was no usage of the phone number or the data or the account that I would not  be charged that the dispute will go through easily by T-Mobile employees The debt was then sent to another collection agency in 2025 who upon calling me not only were very disgruntled but flat out told me that they cannot give me any written verification of debt all they can tell me is verbally what T-Mobile sent in and what they sent in is what they have to abide by even though I've been disputing this matter since receipt of the first bill that was not mine. Upon calling T-Mobile back to try to get any written form of verification or bill they indicated that once they sell it to collections they no longer keep any contracts or any information that would be able to be shown to me to indicate that the debt was mine. Therefore, I was left with the option to either pay have to get it removed from my credit or just let it keep being delinquent on my report. I received no help from T-Mobile employees. As a matter of fact, they gave me the number to the dispute agency for the credit department after I explicitly asked for headquarters numbers and told them I already disputed with the credit agency. They have given me misleading information from day one of canceling with this company and I will never give another dollar to them. Please stray away. I have filed with the BBB and if swift action is not taken to rectify this situation or provide any explanation, I will be moving forward with legal proceedings. read more

My parents went into this store on black friday .. Amanda helped them switch from sprint billing to t mobile billing .. new phones .. the works !! She was wonderful! So on Saturday ..having reception problems as well .. we went into the same store to do the same . MOSES was great !! The phone my daughter chose was not in this store ..but store nearby had one .. so the manager Josh went to the nearby store to pick up up one they had in stock .. mind u the store was 10.. maybe 15 minutes away.. he was gone for an hour and a half .. the staff called several times to find out where. He was .. he would only tell them I am coming back.. when he finally got back .. hos only explanation was they were busy..and announced to the staff that he was leaving to go to a movie .. ( this was at 730pm.. store closes at 9 pm) and that he would be out of commission until the next day. Good thing he has a good staff .. or this store would be a shit hole .. Rarely review these but man this is top tier worst T-Mobile experience from this store. The Retail Associate Manager here really screwed my sale up. Brand new S22 they had it sure, but undisclosed 'bundling' tactics galore. Got a charger I didn't need and insurance protection added that was never disclosed to me or even asked if I wanted it. It's $18 per month on a phone that resales for about $300 in a year anyways. Not worth it, and should be my decision to make. There's blatant commission fraud and dishonesty going on here at this one. It's cramming. Avoid and just go to the corporate store in Daytona by chipotle. You'll have less of a headache and a team more representative of T-Mobile's core values exemplified. read more

girl made so many promises with the home internet which I told her may not work where I live, she said they upgraded all towers in my area and guaranteed it work. I took it home followed the directions and called Tmobile support spent hours all wasted it would not work where I lived. I take it back to store and she tells me she cant accept it I have to mail it in, and get refunded. Now I have to pay for a box to ship and shipping.....i am absolutely livid at this point because of her lies .....warning don't go there! read more

every time I go here I'm told go to corporate store. I was told they couldn't do anything to fix my mothers phone. the ladies said I would have to pay $66 to pay off phone and a huge amount of money for new phone. I ask what can you do for me and she responded nothing you will have to go to Sanford corporate store. well I left and went to Daytona store and got the phone under warranty for $20. I find it very frustrating that I have to drive 35 mins to get a resolution when the store I live 5 mins from just wants your money because they make commission. They are always out of T-Mobile Tuesday stuff even when you get there at open. they just don't want to be bothered. I recommend going to Sanford or Daytona they actually care about the customer and not the commission! read more

We spent 5 hours and $1k+ today attempting to get my 90 y/o mothers old iPhone transferred over to the new iPhone 13 Pro. (We have been T-Mobile customers for years, have multiple phones and are on the Magenta/Business Plan.) Unfortunately, my mother didn't have her correct Apple password. We were passed back and forth between the two staff members, told multiple times to create a new Apple account - which we did REPEATEDLY and it was apparent that the less experienced rep we were tethered to had no idea how to remedy the situation. In between her demeaning comments and the time taken to serve others (one left in tears) we were told to "just call go home and call Apple", and "maybe you should go to Spectrum if you want the email connected to the new phone" and finally "What does she need email for"??? I politely stated that she's been in and out of the hospital and needs email and it should be part of the transfer process anyway. The male rep took over and in less than 10 minutes was able to upload my Mom's photos and contacts - no email or texts and all of her apps were gone. Finally and after repeated requests asking to please, we've been here 5 hours, let's get this issue resolved or put the sim card back in her old phone - the female in an elevated tone told me to calm down repeatedly without me even saying a word. She paused to inform me that "I'm the manager and will call the police if you keep talking". Everyone in the store had a shocked look on their faces, as did my mother. The male rep took the phones next door to a cellphone repair store where two gentlemen were very kind and gave me their undivided attention while pulling up the information necessary. They weren't surprised by the lack of customer service skills or acumen. And, as it turns out, the female isn't the manager. If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. Please read the other reviews.
